Thank you for writing Pardhasardhi , Yes you can move from US IT Recruiter to corporate HR , but you should compromise on salary and need to sharpen up your email writing , People management and Communication skills.

why do you want to do that? if you want to develop a network that's a another thing. Being an internal recruiter you are downgrading your self. its more or less normal call centre job pay you nothing. dont do it.
