Going to go for it with a Viking blade blank and personalise it so there is a connection there. I like the birch handle shape Marttiini do but a tiny bit thicker, the dark red wood stain you get on the newer Mora Classics and maybe a fancy bit of brass. I know this blade will be more than worth the time and effort!
Everything said here is True and then some ! My Personal Favourite Knives and You need to just hold it to feel the most Perfect grip that fits better than anything Else .
Dillholes… no kidding ,I’m learning it’s better to not let anyone handle my knives because every other one is a knuckle head, great review thanks for posting 👍😁💪🏻
I agree with Pepe, the word you're looking for is "No". This is a tool, your tool, you're a man and it used to be you didn't touch anothers tools without permission and the answer is "No".
i get why some people buy cheap knives, but ive never trusted someone who wont splurge on a proven quality knife, the 150 quid kabar kephart is one i tooka chance on and i dont regret it
@@kevinmorrice an inexpensive knife is not a cheap knife. Moras are inexpensive but not cheap. Their are a lot of chinese knives that are inexpensive but not cheap. Like ganzo makes great folding knives at affordable prices. That Kabar kephart is made of 1095. No knife made of 1095 is worth $182 USD (150 quid) not even in this shitty economy. I like bang for my buck. I don't like overpaying because it's brand name. and no matter what you want to think, $150 USD for that kephart is you overpaying. Now if you just really wanted that knife, you really have no choice but to overpay for it. The problem is, most people buy on a whim, not out of need, no companies are free to rip people off.
@@randyyeager inexpensive, cheap, same thing, both knives that cost less than most, and are affordable for anyone, ive bought 10 bucks kitchen knives better than moras, doesnt make them inexpensive, makes them good and cheap, the kabar kephart has more than earned its worth at that price, couldnt ask for a better all rounder knife, i only buy knives i know get the job done, and i know kepharts get the job done

My kids got me one of these for a gift. Best hand fit ever. They average about 100 on Ebay as of 12/2023. Its price is average for the quality.
Indeed the handle shape is nearly perfect
Nice presentation of a good knife. No brainless batoning.
My father always said, never lend your knife to anyone! Cheers!
Thats great advice!
