Sorry I missed this video..I was home with my family. We lost my favorite person in the world. My grandmother.I have always supported you and your family since the California days.
Thank you for these tips!! We should all support each other when it comes to health and self-care!! So good to see you again in the vlogs!! Your kids are beautiful!!
Haha you are too funny. I still eat carbs! I just went off the deep end for a while as soon as I was able to have them and then I was like woah I gotta simma down again! 😂
We also have to remember what "recharged" us, what our passion is or is becoming, and DO those things again. I love that you are sharing your life with us. I thank you for discovering some things i haven't and letting me know! Please keep putting up these videos and please keep doing the best you can for your family! You are really shining, tho it might not feel like it sometimes. We all are on this journey together and i'm proud of you. I'm impressed with your husband, too! Hugs and best wishes for you and the kids always!
Thanks for the encouragement 🫶🏼. Lately it definitely didn’t feel like I was shining, but it’s nice to finally creep back into recovery. And now I notice others who aren’t taking the time to do these little and simple things for themselves. I’m visiting my mom currently and I’m trying to help her practice self-care too ❤. I even brought my nail kit with me to do her nails 💅 Take care of yourself and remember to do the small things that give you joy!
Oh no! Thanks for taking the time to write that looong comment. I hope you have time for self care or resonate with some of the points I mentioned in the video. I appreciate the effort as always! ❤
@@ChefJulieYoon I took many of the points and images from your video with me during some stressful days.... right around the time you posted it!Perfect timing. Music, prayers, singing. Late night grocery shopping (or early mornings) when fewer people are around... sweet. Loved your outfit when you were vacuuming...it made me smile! the coordinated colors ...including headband and pom pom slippers! Helps to brighten my mood while working around the house. So thank you for your wisdom and practical tips in the wonderful Yooniverse! xoxo🤗
@@mpuppybreathaw I’m sorry I missed your comment. I’m thankful it was an encouraging video for you and I’m glad you are implementing some self care too. I wanted to make a realistic video of how everyone and anyone can practice self care even with limited time or resources. I’m glad you appreciate my coordinated home outfit haha. I usually try to dress nicely no matter what. Most of my time, I am in sweats or PJs, but when I go out, I throw on earrings or put on makeup. It just makes me feel better and gives me more energy to be put together. During my newborn stage I didn’t do all that, so it’s nice to feel like myself again ❤
@@ChefJulieYoon Yay for feeling like yourself again! You didn't miss my comment. I just posted it a day ago... 12 days late...🥴 oops! As usual, thank you for your kindness to all of your tribe here. much appreciated! xoxo
Thanks ❤. All simple ideas that I’m sure people are already doing but don’t even realize it’s intentional self care. Doesn’t have to be big and fancy or take a long time to take care of yourself ❤
I spy butter together! haha
I know ❤. We have to get back on it so we can make an official video 😂
