I hope all in your family and friends survived the hurricane my prayers and well wishes go out to you all family friends and crew stay safe my friends ❤❤❤❤❤
I’m 57 We used put then in short coke cola bottle think 10oz my kids and grandkids they think I’m crazy Thought I was joking about it it the best thing ever
Y’all were the first people I thought about when the hurricane was predicted to hit that area of Florida. I hope y’all make it through with no injuries or damages. 🙏🏻
As a former farmer, that understands the cost of repairs it’s easy to see that Keefe saves y’all more money than he cost. On top of that he appears to be a dang good fellow! Hurricane Helene caused major destruction to property and crops from Valdosta up through Dublin all the way to Augusta. Hundreds of millions of dollars in losses. It’s going to take us a while to overcome this one. I believe Helene caused more damage than Michael did in 2018!
We live about 70 miles NE of Augusta, GA. Our area of SC received a lot of wind and tree damage. There is no power for over 24 hours hours. We live on the east side of the path of the eye which is the worst side of the storm. I hope everyone survived the storm. Our prayers are with all of of you.
Another great video! And the Keefe interview and snack review was great! Plus, always enjoy seeing your Dad and the girls, along with Jeff and Kyle, just all around good fun, family oriented videos with a good dose of education about farming, to go along. I hope y'all are all okay and have a quick recovery from the storm!!
your storm was in my back yard ...I appreciate it if you would keep those things down there. Growing up there, these storms are part of the reason I moved to NC....
Excellent filming, Jim. Love the working sunset shots. So blessed we missed a direct hit, but poor Perry. 🧡 Prayers for all involved & for the harvests yet to be brought in!!
I have to agree with Keefe. My favorite part of picking peanuts was the smell and eating raw peanuts. Miss Granddaddy and his farming. Even raising hogs😊
Used to have Coke with salted peanuts all the time. Never could stomach Pepsi unless it was the only option. Keefe does need a raise though. Hope y'all survived the hurricane in good stead.
Love your videos and good to see local farmers! From tallahassee its not as bad as it is near perry! Just alot of trees down with power outage otherwise im ok here in tally please stay safe and recover well
Seen some flooded fields around Malone. Hope y’all are making out alright from the storms. Yields were lighter than expected down in Levy County. Georgia boys digging nuts post Helene. How’d yalls cotton fair in Helene? Prayers for a safe and bountiful harvest.
You all were my first thought last nigt as I was watching the landfall of the hurricane. I’m up here in Missouri and we’re getting some of the rain but no impact at all on us. My prayers are with you people down on the coast though.
Peanuts in a cold drink is awesome!!! I used to do that as a kid but I have to admit I haven’t done that in a long time. We used SunDrop in my area, southern middle Tennessee.
He a good man not wanting a raise most folks would not say that. And they don’t teach young people keep their mouth shut. When my dad had company we did not but in. These young kids needs my dad around teach them some manners
We had a cotton/hog/cotton gin/crop dusting operation in Bama...Man, my Dad would put a whole bag of Tom's salted peanuts in a 12oz bottle of Coca-Cola... Personally, I didn't care for that combination but loved eating Tom's peanuts and swigging a Coke or Pepsi and polishing that off with a Lil' Debby Oatmeal Pie or Raisin Creme Pie or Nutty Buddy! Oh Man, brings back memories AND diabetes...(just kiddin' about the diabetes)... Looks like Helene went further East. Hope it missed ya'll.
With all the knowledge that Keith, he has about electrical and pumps and just a jack of all trades he’s like a gold bar on the farm. He’s in high demand treat him well pay him well.
Yes sir I saw Jim and Keefe in a restaurant in Donalsonville and I told him that if they ever agree to disagree Keefe had a job with us. We farm 20,000 acres and have 150 irrigation systems all electric and need a man with his knowledge and experience. I know he is happy where he is at but good employees like that are hard to find. We have some of the best employees you could ask for and a man with his electrical backgroud are few and far between.
@@keefe9325 only had the small glass bottles back then and had to pay a penny deposit. Kids used to collect them from roadside ditches and turn them in to a store for the deposit.
It's hard for me to talk about this. We are absolutely devastated. 72 hours so far with no electricity and we're probably looking at another 3-6 days. Cotton is probably 60% loss. At least. The pecan crop in our area is gone. Many orchards completely wiped out. Not much else to say.
@@FieldRows the good Lord will see us through this. He has pulled us through before and he'll do it again. I will say it's a humbling experience to have a potential yield of 3 bales per acre on Thursday morning and 24 hours later to see most of it scattered all over the ground. Kinda drives the point home about who is really in charge.
Lol! Mr. Pittman trying to steal Keefe from ya?? Hahahaha!!!! He's on the JSWCD board. Good man, y'all are on the same pedestal. Awesome men. Thanks for all y'all do!!! 😊
I hope all in your family and friends survived the hurricane my prayers and well wishes go out to you all family friends and crew stay safe my friends ❤❤❤❤❤
My prayers go out to all the farmers and families affected by Helene.
I hope all in your family and friends survived the hurricane my prayers and well wishes go out to you all family friends and crew stay safe my friends ❤❤❤❤❤
Hope y’all made it through the storm without any damage. Good luck on the rest of the harvest
Hope you and you family are safe and doing good.
Hope you guys are all okay and Helene missed you guys. Pray for those that are not accounted for. For sure Jesus loves you too. 😊
We are good thanks!
Glad to see your oldest healed up pretty good from her fall in Kentucky.
10.5 inches of rain in Doerun, not much damage. We got LUCKY!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Glad yall are ok. I remember some guys from Doerun ga. that had a nasty little pullin truck called Doerunner, she was nasty
@@keefe9325, The DoeRunner. Mr.Roy Everett drove it and she was nasty!

3 cents now a coke is 3 dollars and can’t afford peanuts to put in it 😂
