English is not my mother tongue. When I first heard Elvis, it was "surrender", I totally melted but I understood no word .. and then I found "its now and never" and again I understood no word but I decided this is my all life love .. Because of Elvis, I learned English, to understand what he was saying in his songs .. He gave me a dream to come to America with "I have a dream", he became the symbol of America for me .. THANK YOU FOREVER Mr. Presley!

This is how i remember him - not the later stages of his life, filled with hangers on and bad advice. No, this is the real Elvis. Voice like liquid crystal, beautiful arrangements - hit after hit, after hit. No one could get near him. Still feel the loss.
Same here. I most fondly recall the early 60s Elvis. He came out of the Army determined to prove himself as a singer, and he certainly succeeded.

Originally an opera song that was sang in Italian . Elvis presley^s version is awesome. His voice is amazing 👏 I wish the song was longer.
The greatest, most varied and most expressive voice of all time. The only singer ever to master the genres of pop, rock, r&b, blues, spiritual, gospel, country and ballad, not to mention haunting soliloquy. That's why he will always be The King, in the last century, this one and the next.
