As long as the tourist visa is only for 30 days moving between countries makes no sense.
I don't believe a small fee elimination will induce more tourists. Visa exemtion better less hassle.

All Asia countries are dreaming. Tourism will not increase with or without visa. It’s gonna go down because the main thing is that all western economies are in bad situation. So people get less money than before. And no money no tourism.
Sometimes the opposite. The western economy is bad, so the westerner goes to Asia to live comfortably on less money

@@Mikeycambovideos They cannot, long term visa is too complex, too expensive or sometimes simply impossible. Cambodia and the Philippines are the ones having reasonably easy visas without costing it a fortune. Even digital nomads have to move too frequently
The tourists that used to do a trip through Asia were never deterred by visas. It is all about the costs of plane tickets from Europe and the US that are too expensive now most of us are broke.
Cambodia is so easy to visit. Visa on arrival (VOA). I so wish Cambodia increases standard of living. But not too much.
As long as they can do that without the price for everything going higher and higher….great. A lot of us live on fixed income in retirement, and like to retire in Cambodia because costs are so low.

I hope standard of living improves for Khmer people. Hoping too, that prices don't increase too fast. I am not loaded.

Vietnam just went to 90 visas for most countries. I would hate to see them go back to 30 day visas, just to be a part of this program. Also my wife gets 90 days in Vietnam, 30 days in Cambodia, but only 14 days in Thailand. How would that work?

Vietnam might be 90 days visa but not on arrival , visa application in advance, I Believe
