I had no expectations going into this project and the first song I heard was Shame which I think was phenomenal. Loved every bit of this album and thought there was very few skips throughout, this was a solid project to me

If the whole album had more tracks like the KRIT & Juicy J produced one, the Havoc produced joints and the Benny & Ross songs, this coulda been a classic. Unfortunately it ended up being too bloated for me.

Havent listened to wayne or chainz in years and hearing this I was like "ok, they back and better than before" i enjoyed alot if songs on it..its nothing super crazy but its enjoyable to listen to.
I don’t know about the “no quotables” part 2chainz with the “stomach touching my ribs, echos coming from the fridge” was crazy and Wayne’s top lines on the album to me were Song moonlight: “I give ‘em 3 to they hat before I give ‘em A chance.” 🔥 Oprah and gayle: “What’s a young man without a check? ( 💵) just a jump man. Fuck that, Jordan meme” 🔥 🔥 line was crazyyy! Oprah and gayle: “Neck look like anime (Anna Mae) or cartoons, art to em.” (Oprah played in the color purple where there was the character Anna Mae) man Wayne went craaazy lyrically on this album.
If Wayne and 2 chainz had beats like timeless, bash money, big dawg. The album would’ve been crazy. I’ve been following this channel for years! And man back then Mike couldn’t stand Wayne i remember when M’s remix came out and he loved his verse and ever since then Mike has loved Wayne and man I couldn’t be happier as a Wayne stan
This is a great album. Rapping was on point and I liked the production. Crazy thick was the only one I didn’t enjoy. Other than that the Usher record was good to me. I get why Myke wouldn’t enjoy that run from Crazy thick to PPA but that’s only 3-4 tracks.

This project was better than the first one for sure. It's an enjoyable listen, but it feels a little like nothing new from them either. I wish they got more experimental 🦕
Honestly speaking for me this was actually a nostalgic listen. Not a awesome album but a good solid project. The reason I actually like this album is weezy for the first time in a long time, his usual style of metaphors finally sounded up-to-date while still sounding like himself... I've heard when he tried to hop on some of the young Nigga beats and it doesn't sound but this was ok. I think you have to appreciate these two artists and where music is at currently today to actually appreciate some of these songs otherwise its forgettable.
This was a cool little listen. I think the narrative with 50 and the song structure could have been more cohesive but it's definitely better than the first collab. I agree the production could've been darker also but i get why they were RAPPING tho. A few skippables for me but the ones that land, really lands. Oprah & Gayle, Shame, Long Story Short plus a few more are 🔥🔥🔥

Am I the only one who wasn’t really impressed by the rapping? They most definitely had some weak lines. I wasn’t much of a fan of this project after 1 listen. I’ll try it again. The problem I have with 50 cent narrating the project is you need to be telling a story and unfortunately the one thing Wayne has never done is rap about something, he just raps and puts words together and to go along with his nasally sound that he’s leaned into over the years I think I’m just tired of it.
That’s not true at all wayne have a lot of songs where he rapping about something hell just listen to his first few projects up to carter 3 and even after its just we love to hear him spit some bars a lot of people forget he can make some good songs
