Thanks guys! @Brillbouncer: I heard great things about C4D, I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I use Maya, Nuke, After Effects, Shake and Photoshop to create these.
@Ppierwszy Nuke is pretty much the compositing standard now, and node based compositing is the way to go for big complex scenes. Nuke is also great because of it's powerful 3D engine inside the package, great for projections and such.
