Prince fans, like myself, are hearing a nod to Prince. My interpretation is that Prince died (still miss him terribly) on 4/21. Prince was referred to a The Kid in Purple rain. TK421. That is the beauty of art. We can all find different possibilities for the meaning. 💜 Y’all are hilarious. This visuals of the video are stunning. Lenny’s freedom is intoxicating. The song makes me want to dance every time I hear it.
That's a great interpretation! The music reminds me of a song he did on his album '5' from 25 years ago called supersoul fighter. The music has a Prince, minneapolis vibe!

Fellas you have been sleeping, did you ever listen to his 11th studio álbum that came out in 2018?? Raise Vibration is the shit. He wrote and recorded it in the Bahamas where he lives. He plays most of the instruments on it himself. He has been nominated 9 times for a Grammy and has won 4 times. He is iconic and a consummate musician!! No one is cooler than Lenny. 🎸🎤🥁🤙👏🎷

This hot, bouncy little tune has me dancing around my room. In my humble opinion, this is the best song that Mr. Kravitz has released since "It Ain't Over 'til It's Over" (1991). Congratulations to the director and editor in producing the video. The setting is great too. Love the house. At 59 years old, Mr. Kravitz is handsome and sexy as hell. Love the dreadlocks and tattoos. He has the toned body and the groovy moves that make this video fun to watch. Such a tease. Congratulations to the backup musicians, especially the sax player. Just wonderful. Congratulations Mr. Kravitz.
Tk421 is a reference to the scene in boogie nights when Don Cheadle is selling a stereo and he’s BS’ing the customer about the stereo and calls it the TK-421. Lenny discussed this in an interview and how he’s a big fan of the movie and PT Anderson the director.

There’s a character played by don cheadle in boogie nights trying to sell a stereo called the tk421 which has “twice the base” which is what the song could be referring to

I would recommend that you check out his album STRUT from a few years ago. This song sounds as if it could have been included on that album. I think you both will enjoy that album.
