You won't probably read this, but THANKS!!!! I'm one of many "a clown gurus" That throught I was buying a quality content course. Let me get this straight. You've explained more and better in 20 mins than a module of 2.5 hours in a cloud guru. Please make your own platform, THIS kind of learning is what I was expecting. You're awesome!
Max, I work in an enterprise environment as a 'Full Stack Developer'. Part of my responsibilities include networking work and you have definitely made my life a thousand times easier with this video.
Eugene, Would you please help me to clarify, the use of two different IP ranges 16:38 ( Pls refer this screenshot for a better understanding of my question - i.imgur.com/RPFN2d6.png
@@kumarcok Hey those ranges are dictated by the cidr block or the subnet mask whatever you want to call it. It basically shows what part of the up address is the actual available range
I was literally roaming in the internet as I couldn't understand this, but your 20 min video changed my life. The concepts became very easy. Your a real genius.
Best explanation video of AWS VPC, Even after spending hours in reading the Docs I haven't understood it much. This video is 5 years ago but its still the best video on AWS VPC.🙌🙌
This video is a gold mine. This video was way more useful than weeks of AWS docs which are are difficult to see how everything pieces together. Thanks!
What a great video! You’ve not only explained this is a very understandable way, but also in a way that gives great confidence to someone eagerly wanting to learn all aspects of AWS. Thank you thank you thank you.
Max, your videos are amazing! Your able to breakdown ideas, simplify them that makes it easy to understand and able to answer the why and how we use these ideas that are suitable and practical. Your able to give just enough detail to continue your lecture. Some instructors get too technical and loose the audience. Your videos are well structured and I love how you explain why we do it this way and some pitfalls that are well worth noting. Your not boring and express the excitement throughout your knowledge sharing. I love how you highlight worthy elements even during simple section that I wouldn't have picked up. I think what I mean is you highlight "reading between the lines" of your steps. Very few off this well rounded knowledge sharing. You make great observation in your material. Keep it up. Looking forward to keep following and getting new topics to learn from you. Also please continue to update your old topics to introduce new features in topics you may have already covered.
Thank you for explaining this in such a clear and simple manner. I signed up for courses to work towards an AWS certification and the VPC section went way over my head. Thanks to this video I actually understand how it works. Much appreciated.
Thanks very much Max for this fantastic explanation. Am a novice in Cloud computing and still preparing for my cloud Practioner certification exams. Am happy I found your page
A very precise, clear and direct to the points video. Suddenly i understand VPC, subnets, NATS and route tables in a 20 min video. Concepts that I've read for years and couldn't wrap my head around them very well until today that everything connects. Thanks Max
Just fantastic to read that you liked it Samira, thank you! It's hard to make everybody happy I guess, but I'm more than happy with the awesome support from you and all the others here on the channel :)
I agree with this. This video is obviously for someone that has not really experienced AWS yet. Great starting point, not for someone studying to be an AWS architecture.
Good stuff you've got here. Most 'educational' videos spend hours speaking on how aws let's you pay as you go and what aws allows blabla that's more suitable to ppl trying to sell the platform.
You are very very clear on your explanations, I haven't found a better explanation on youtube or in cloudacademy. Contratulations and many many thanks.
For those looking to connect from local desktop to RDS private you may find creating a replica on a public subnet on a public security group that may solve the issue.
As usual, great video thanks. Instead of documentation, amazon should just embed your videos and cut out the middle step of frustrating users and sending them here!
Love the dialect my friend! I'm originally from Canada, I moved to the USA about 25 years ago and I can normally tell where someone is from. I'm thinking Hungary, Austria or Romania? However, I could be way, way off when it comes to Europe. I still say "ooot" after 25 years and I still think the last letter of the alphabet is "zed" as Americans say "zee". People still look at me funny!
I could've spent hours reading AWS docs, and not have come nearly as far as this video takes you in 20 minutes. Thanks a million.
AWS docs suck.
this is true

Four years later, I'm here enjoying this. God bless you.
