@@Ryzard I have a controversial take: The drivers are happy among themselves, because they understand the risk, the rewards, and the effort they put in. They understand the struggles of life, the early morning drive to the track etc.
Meanwhile, the team bosses, like a Horner and Wolff, view their drivers as their stake in the race. And these bosses themselves are serving an even higher board.
F1 very often reminds me of classic chariot racing and gladiator fights. For a lot of people, it was an honor the become a gladiator (if you weren't a slave). You have these super rich people making deals and trades, while their chickens are running.
This is most evident when there are questionable races. It's most evident when you know that all drivers behave normally, some are friends, others just colleages.
It's a big show for the wealthy - a lot of money flows - and some of it lands with the drivers. However, every contract can be broken up. When the big bosses of Alpine don't like it, the boss at the track needs to deal with it.

And Lewis clapping him as they were on the cool down lap before saying how genuinely happy he was for him (I've been watching Lewis since GP2, that was him being totally honest). Then Fernando hugging him, George and Danny Ric too... It was all genuine happiness for him. I think the entire paddock was thrilled for him.
I say this as a neutral (though I have watched him since he was in the Ginetta Juniors as a young teenager - about 14-15 - so I do have a soft spot for him, and most of the other drivers tbh). He's a lovely lad and he bloody deserved this win. Not because he's lovely but because he earned it.

I'll just copy over the comment I've left on the post-race community post.
I'm still kinda mad, Oscar had a great race there as well, his start was awesome and he managed to hold off Ferraris until pit-stops. He even almost managed to get back into points since gaps were still so close.
Ever since McLaren got on the rise last season I payed attention to how Oscar overtakes more experienced drivers with respect, but also, seemingly, with such calmness; that amazed me last season and keeps me amazed as to how insanely strong rookie he was. Yes, of course, he was lucky to get into McLaren on their, so long awaited, rise and Lando clearly deserved this win for his faith and loyalty to the team.
Well deserved win for Lando here. The raw pace he had even before SC has shown that he could at least go for podium, but Kevin thought otherwise. Sure, luck has played in his favor today, but it's also strategy team efforts that payed off, and other teams for some reason forgot to split their drivers on 2 different strategies on street circuit with walls that tend to magnetize some certain machinery ever so often.
Kevin gifted this win to Lando, but it's kinda also a bit bizzare that he was even in this race and not DSQ after that sprint where he got so many penalties, that I'm surprised he was allowed to finish.
I hope that Williams car is okay, because that's another unlucky day for them with their car crashed.

Where Oscar was lucky to get in during the rise of McLaren, Logan is in Williams at its lowest and just about to start to rise from there. But unfortunately if Vowles and others dont give this a thought, he might be gone for good not being able to see the fruits of their work. Have he gotten in Williams at this or next season, he could have had better reputation and would be less compared with Oscar with 1 year of F1 experience difference. I think that Checo is starting to get in trouble, not because of his performances but because of his team's. If the Constructor's is marginal, meaning the relative performance of McLaren and Ferrari compared to Red Bull will (hopefully) continue, the latter will depend on both drivers extracting the maximum out of the car and Checo, right now simply cannot do that. They will need to find a driver that can feel comfortable in the car, or start designing in a way that takes the limitations of the second driver into account, instead of aiming for max (no pun intended) performance knowing that Verstappen will find a way to make it work.

If McLaren can keep pushing podiums, eventually Perez's influence will be more important - but that also puts pressure on him to perform. I'm so happy for Lando. I don't think I've ever been so nervous in a race before than those last 20 laps. He is, undoubtedly, lucky the safety car came out too early and picked up the wrong driver, because the safety car was announced literally 1 second after Lando passed the pit line entrance. It could have been disastrous for him. He had to go all the way round again while the safety car came out early and picked up Max, slowed him and the pack by 35 seconds, allowing Lando to zoom around the track, pit and retain the lead despite having only an 11 second lead when the SC came out. It took me 24 hours to work out exactly what happened, look at the data, track location data, etc. It was a bizarre confluence of conditions. That said, I wouldnt have it *any* other way. Lando was faster than Max all day and I almost cried with happiness when he won. I'm so glad he no longer has this no win curse hanging over him. Lando needed this. F1 needed this. He beat Max on pace alone in those last laps. Who was the last driver who kept Max behind that long so convincingly? Incredible effort!
