Hi Zuzka! How many years did you have to spend to have six paq training only 15 minutes daily and taking care of the diet? I want to know to be patient. Another doubt. Is justified taking supplements doing only 15 minutes of exercise a day? I mean a fat burner and whey protein for example.
Lupita Silva I am using her to train this year as well. In reality the 15 minute workout is a selling point. If you actually think about it to get her body she does a warm up her workout a cool down and stretch. Then she also tapes her 5 minute workouts. So in reality she works out for an Hour and a half minimum some days she may workout for 3 hours depending on what she is taping for UA-cam. I am trying to combine workouts till my body is where I want it to be. To maintain 15 minutes should be enough. 2 or 3 years from now. She does this for a living most of us have other jobs and have to fine time to fit it in our days. It's going to take time to get six pack abs and fit in workouts throughout the day. When ever you can. Good luck.

I don't think so. Try 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Let's do the math... 5 minutes warm up 15 minutes for the workout 5 minutes for cooling down...25 minutes if you count stretching as part of the workout...
Lupita, I was replying to Tracie's 1.5 to 3 hours. If you did this kind of workouts that long you would need to take a break to eat. Zuzka works out for about 30 minutes tops maybe with tinkering and fussing around add 10 minutes.
