Thank you, I've been eyeing this one for the last few days. Would you say they are better or worse than let's say.. the vapor Glove's or Xero Prios for conventional lifts ? And it's interesting that you don't like it if there is too much room in the shoe, I agree but I've always been told one should size up but that doesn't always feel right.
It's not "too much" it's the lack of upper security for locking down the foot. Ahhh, that classic advice is shortsighted AF, imo. People say that and blanket it as though everyone prefers that/it works in every training setting - I hate sizing up and having too much room and I know others are similar. For conventional lifts - they work fine, just gotta remember that as you're doing things where you're moving weight and relying on the upper to keep your feet locked down these will fall short. For machines/hypertrophy/static strength, they're competitive. For cleans, sumo pulls, etc., they fall short.
@@thatfitfriend What do you mean by upper security if I may ask ? But I agree, to much room makes me feel not secure and like I’m swimming (even when I’m only walking). In that case, I feel like I’ll stick to the Vapor Gloves or Xeros as they’re cheaper and proven themselves to be durable. Love your unbiased reviews, thank you !
@@hablabamosa as in, if you went to do a lateral cut or skate stride or sumo deadlift and you’re pressing into the lateral parts of the shoe, your foot starts to spillover the sole. This is what I mean here with too much room and lacking upper security. Not a bad move, imo! Thank you!
I'm also a size 10; my feet are 27 cm long. I wear a 10 in Vivos and a 10.5 in Xero. I have a Feelgrounds Original Knit in a size 10, but they fit a bit tight. Should I go for a 10 or an 11 in this model since there are no half sizes?
Feelgrounds are too narrow for me, sadly. I like these in green too. The Knit might help but my Patrol lite were just way, way too narrow. I am still looking to fill the void for an extra wide knit barefoot shoe. Nothing has hit the mark, yet. Those that I have found usually have a 2mm foam midsole, which isn't my thing. Anyway, as always, I enjoyed the video. I can't buy them all anyway, or I will go broke, lol.
Yeah, the knit would def help with these. Have you tried the WHITIN models or is that too much midsole for you? Haha, RT that...I've had to be more strategic with reviews lately because similarly, can't buy em' all!
I made it into a video!! Adistar review next??
Daddy! Lmao, if you want to buy them for me

I'd go 10 in these. Since they have the upper security that's lacking, think having them run more TTS would be better than having even more room, tbh!
Thanks a lot @@thatfitfriend! I really appreciate it
Could you do a review on project rock 7
It's in editing on publishing V soon :)
I’m 11 1/2 in Adidas and 12 in Nike. My Tolos are size 12 and fit great. What size would you recommend?
I’d go 12 in these!
@@thatfitfriend thank you!! I don’t do CrossFit or Olympic weightlifting. For someone like me would you recommend these over the Tyr dropzeroe?
@@danielpicerni24 I’d give these a try, especially if you want them for daily wear, too!
@@thatfitfriend thanks. I do want them for daily wear too. Now I just need to wait for the black ones to come back in stock.
Someone must have retuned a pair in my size. Order them using your link. Thanks for the reviews and guidance on size.

What's with the goofy protruding heel collar in the back. They could have made it more streamlined. Ruined an otherwise perfect looking shoe with it.
@@CptAngelKGaming more padding, I honestly like it from a comfort pov
