What is it about faith that gives it the power to save us? Why does faith play such a vital role in kickstarting our relationship with Jesus?

And what about Jesus “passing through walls” , yet having a physical body ?
Note : the Bible never mentions Jesus passing through walls , that’s the conclusion perhaps you and others have made when it says “Jesus appeared” although the door was closed and locked .
Dont be misguided down the wrong path because of silly details that our human minds cannot understand .
God sent His son, Jesus Christ , who lived , performed miracles , taught , died for our sins , was buried and was resurrected . He then walked the earth a few days after to show him self to over 500 witnesses so that they , you and I might believe .
That’s the gospel . That’s all that truly matters . If you’re on details like “passing through walls” then I’m not confident you got the point of the Bible , and I pray The Holy Spirit reveals it to you .

We/ You believe in the Commandments, and the one that says remember is not remembered, and that is the Sabbath, the 7th day. Please, can you explain that to me. Much love.

I hate to be the cynic, but why doesn't God save us through love rather than faith? Wouldn't someone who really loves God but isn't all that sure he exists be worth saving?
How can you love someone you don't think exist?
@andrewclark3390 because God himself IS love. We have faith in Him because He first loved us. He is love.
We can trust His nature, because He is always good, always love, everything for everyone, all of the time. We can trust in that. We have faith in Him for who HE is not who WE are. Hope that helps. God bless.
