I wish I knew it before backpacking

In this episode of the reality show “SOS” the host is travelling to Thailand and Cambodia trying to survive in these countries without money at all!
According to the rules of the show he has €100 in his envelope named SOS for an extra-situation, but if he spends them that means he lost the game and he must return to Irkutsk (his native city). So he will try to find a way either to earn money or just survive.
After spending 10 days in Cambodia with NO MONEY, in this episode Sergey is exploring common opportunities to work to survive as a traveller and earn some money for food and accommodation:
- works in a hotel for food and a place to sleep
- sells donuts on a beach
- helps locals as a loader
- works as a candy merchant and sells sweets
- cooks pancakes and sell them

A bottle of milk, condensed milk and 4egg = 10$ it’s too expensive 😲
Sugar can juice 1$ per bottle also very expensive. Normal 0.25$ or 0.50$

The town of Preah Sihanouk was still a dump on a beach in mid 2000, then the Chinese bought it all and started to build. They are very slow at it.
As you know, there are many bars in Hangkor Wat, they might hire you easily. Motorbike rental needs good repairman. Working for food, local NGO could hire you, but they are in the woods.
However, some foreign NGOs ask you money and you work for free.
