Bamboo is a hardy wood for utensils. I need to purchase another set as I have just about gotten all the life out of mine after many years of use. Mine just goes straight into the dishwasher with the other items.

I usually wash mine right after use. I wasn’t expecting them to be that dirty after boiling them.

The older they are the more dark the water lol. After I was done you could see the old oil and stuff floating. I would say good to do every few years.
