    How do you justify high stress in terms of Yield stress or ultimate stress?
    Second does ferrous metals are inducing more than yield stress?
    third non ferrous metals acts only within elastic region?

    SIr you are wrong about the fatigue limit. For Mild steel can withstand indefinite no of cycles at constant stress is Endurance limit and not fatigue limit.

      since Grey Cast Iron is non ferrous it will have somewhat same graph as aluminium. SN Curve for grey cast iron will decrease with increasing no. of cycles.

      cast iron is brittle material so it is not used for fatigue testing. only ductile material can sustain fatigue loading. for any further explanation mail me.
