This video gave me an aha moment on my PTSD. I was thinking what did my narcissistic parents and other narcissistic people do to bring me down and make me feel like I am not good enough. Narcissist's power is the power of amplifying your mistakes and making it appear that is all there is in your inventory. That's how they turned you against yourself. Other Narcs can smell this and are like ahhhh they feel they are not good enough ooooh fresh meat. So we need to stop counting negative inventory and focus on the positive inventory. These positives are our inner strength.

Key word. INVENTORY. Better for us to keep a positive inventory, rather than allow our mind to go haywire on only the negative ones'.

i was picked on a lot in school, i was somewhat of an easy target because i was quiet and didn't bother retaliating or even responding because i didn't want to give those kids more fuel. it made me have sort of a negative self perception and now as an adult, i just kind of think that people have a negative first impression of me or that people just don't like me. the dating scene also messes up my self esteem and confidence, i'm not really that successful which makes me think that i'm simply not attractive and when going out with friends to clubs or bars or something, it's kind of reinforced when i look at a girl and she looks back with sort of a disgusted "what are you looking at?" type of expression. in short, being picked on growing up and being sort of a failure with dating are the two biggest reasons i don't think that i'm good enough, because people have already let me know that

When doing a thorough research , I've found; 99.9 percent of the population spend most of their time thinking about "What other's thinking about " , they all are thinking about the very same issue. So, if we rise above this number, we actually feel better about ourselves. Thus in turn, we are in a better position to be of help to others.
