Yes he did very much so. Michael, Janet, Terry and Jimmy all had part in writing and arrangement of Scream. Janet chose the director, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis produced it. Michael paid for it and he also had his own team and choreographers Travis Payne and LaVelle Smith Junior there with Tina Landon and another of Janet’s choreographer’s. It was all a collaborative effort from start to finish. I agree it’s obvious how much MJ loved and was so proud of his baby sister. Janet said in her new Allure interview that he let them use his animals for the Together Again vid.
