Both parties use immigration as a political football. Conservatives want immigration because they want cheap labor, and Liberals want immigration so they can have a new voter base. Also liberals hook immigrants up. They have it better than regular citizens, and is key to blowing up the the government. More people to put stress on government funding, and resources.
