BN Whiteface SD60M On The Aberdeen Local!

In Mid July we ventured up to the BNSF Appleton Subdivision where we would find BNSF 1462, a BN Whiteface SD60M leading the Aberdeen local. This train runs weekly between Wilmar, Minnesota and Aberdeen, South Dakota. We originally only planned on chasing it eastbound one day, but 1462 was spun so it would lead West the following day. This made for a great two day chase. To make the consist even better, BNSF 1972 was also in the mix. With fewer BN paint SD60M's remaining, and BN locomotives in general on the BNSF, this train was definitely a high priority on our list. Anyways, I hope y'all enjoy!
