Hello, MIchaela. This session was so magical. So relaxing. So soothing. It's true what you said about the "digital world" that we're all immersed in. It has it's advantages; for sure, but the down-side is that it has separated us emotionally from other humans. It was so explanatory how you described that our "stored-up emotions" can eventually affect us physically. {I think most of us don't usually think of that in those terms on a day-to-day basis.} And thnx for sharing you solar plexus story with us. Secondly, I have to explain what happened to me listening to this video last night- I've been listening to you on and off now for about 4 weeks as I'm falling asleep.
I'm having trouble sleeping some right now, but last night was profound as I woke up in a subconscious state near the end to be greated by what can only be described as a dark brown / reddish cloud with a female face that was lovingly embracing me. I remember feeling shocked at first but then reciprocated.
It was such a tremendous feeling and I felt distinctly lighter after as I woke up. I have no idea how this could be interpreted, but it was quite moving for me emotionally. With best wishes x
