I noticed you consciously slowed your speaking pace at the beginning of the video which I so appreciate it ❤️ Helps slow my heart rate.
The pace did get faster in the second half of the video but I understand it's really challenging to keep that up for a long period of time, takes a lot of concentration. Great work 😊 Thank you again xx
