Better off using single target damage and picking on the blue guy first, as he will spam AOE heal the others. Best skills to use are Fire Arrow, Electric Jellyfish and Bourbon Buster, and the relevant ones from Chitose are her fire bombs from the ninja job, electric volley from the tennis job and scrubdown from her housemaid job (which also removes buffs from enemies, including bosses - very good skill!).
People really struggling with them? All I did was use Heros encouragement, chitose with sub jutsu, hero encouragement again, then war cry. Boosted my attack 3xs. Then healed. Then used nanbas Malicious stench, brought defense down 3 times. Then poof in 5-6 turns. Everyone was dead. And i was at lvl 51.

Obviously it's easy at level 51. Try beating them at level 40 lmao
