I feel so bad for Azula, she thought she had to be lifeless, she thought that she would be better off by acting unhuman. Having no needs no wants she thought her purpose was to fight and nothing else. She is not a monster; she was just raised by one.
why do people always focus on how she was crazy, instead of what she did to get to that point? anyone would be crazy if they had accomplished what she had in such a short time. Remember she was only 14 or 15 when she became Fire Lord:)
@@satan3862 no you are totally wrong this is what uncle iroh told zuko....what ever wrong things zuko did when he was small..it wasnt his mistake...because he was just a CHILD...but when he becomes big...it is all on him ..it is on him to do the right thing.....i just dont understand why people symphatise azula....she wasnt bad becasue her mother didnt like her...she was bad cause of the choices she made
@@ishwardipkalsi2381 because the only "love" she ever gotten was from ozai so everything thing she ever did was for him after all her mom mostly just scolded her sure she definitely had more of a dark side then zuko as a child but ozai is the reason she got as bad as she was if she was raised in a normale/healthy household she could have been a normale girl not saying its their mom fault but in the eyes of a child she probably thought she loved zuko more then her and then her left her

asula knew inside herself the truth that her mother loved her. The halucination was correct her mother loved and loves her we could see that in the search that when her mother remembered who she is and zuko and azula are her children. She said that she worried for azula and hopes she will be happy. The real monster is oazi who told a little girl nobody besides me love you and than treated her like dirt. In my opinion if azula grew up in an other family she could be a nice person. She was just supporting her father that he should be firelord while her mum did not understand what she did. She tried to be the perfect girl for her grandfather and her father, also she warned zuko on her own way, she helped zuko to return in the firenation, she know what her father thinks about zuko and she lied. Also she warned zuko about visiting the prison. I believe there was something good in her. She just believed she had to act like a monster because it was told her that is the right behaviour for a princess. She always thought she is doing the right to the end. She did not thought she is a bad girl who is doing bad things.
I like to believe that years after failing to corrupt Zuko, she found a way to become a spirit whose only purpose is to create rulers like Ozai by guiding them since childhood. Oh ! And she succeeds in becoming a spirit by the way.
Has anybody here read this crossover between "Youjo Senki" and "Avatar" ? It's only at the begining, but so far, it's really good. The characters are very accurate with their canon counterparts. The name of this fanfic is "Tanya the Firebender".

no, no, ursa is directly responsible for at least 20 percent of azula's insanity, and indirectly responsible/contributed for an additional 40 percent
