I'd add one thing. Connect to your soul. Stay in that connection as much as possible. Feels like bliss. Then they will show up. When mine showed up it was amazing how compatible we were, twinning in many ways. She says often she never felt she fit in with regular people. I am amazed she knows what's in my heart, what my soul needs to hear. She's in another country. We talk every other day or so for hours, time goes fast, and afterwards I float for hours. Someone once told me the same that you can't use the LOA on twin flame and I was like "what"? I have done it successfully so many times. Then I had the same AHA. But the principle of the loa has always been based on BE, DO, HAVE. This is the easiest way to attract anything. I never got the changing beliefs thing it is hard for manifesting anything. I figured out that we can actually manifest by soooo many ways. Not methods. Ways. And as for TF when it was an experience with him I used the visualization from the heart BE DO HAVE principles and being present. Never used mind thinking. To attract him, have him text me, call me, invite me somewhere, even to have him say the exact words I only used my awareness /consciousness /soul. With the loa usually you think of the person you want to attract but in TF you must feel yourself = meaning focus on yourself. It is hard to explain but it feels like hypnotizing self or the subject by your soul/heart energy. It is 100 % conscious and just energy. Can be used for manifesting stuff as well. Never heard anybody manifests this way but is super cool.
My "problem" is I'm dealing with actual mental illness and I'm being treated, but I may not be in a place to handle the intensity. I do miss her a lot but at this time I have a body and a mind and it's a bit raw at this point. There is no worries, only a dull ache at this point.

What happens when my twin flame tells me to cut out all of my friends because they party and do drugs? I quit drinking because of my twin flame... 2 years sober now. I wasn't an addict, but he didn't trust me around alcohol or my friends. My lesson was drugs and alcohol lead to bad choices and now I am thankful I am sober because of him. The thing is, he is haunted by my past and he has a hard time trusting me. I cut out all of my friends and now I am sober but I feel so alone. I miss having a social life and the crazy thing is he's not even here with me. I don't even know how to be anymore because I don't want to let him go but I'm at a point where I think I have to detach and move on with my life sigh. This has been going on for 4 years now and I think we are both ready to detach.... It's such a shame ugh.

Just observe and this should put you in the moment for a split of a second, but you'll know the bliss of it and then you'll have a starting point :)

i get what you’re saying but here’s the thing without this channel and his teachings i feel like i would still be in such a stuck energy and he has the only channel that is simple to understand what exactly you’re going through and why you are and he has to make money some how. He clearly is passionate about what he is doing so i think he’s doing a pretty good damn job with maintaining an income from his teaching but also giving free content to people who may can not afford it and if you watch the content enough it’ll click to where you don’t even need to pay for the coaching.

LOA Is to become the vibration or energy of what you want. In order to attract a specific person, place or things you have to reasonate at the same vibration or energy level as those people, place or things. You attract what you are and the emotions you feed into it. For example, if you are behaving and feeling sad and lonely then you will attract people place and things that are sad and lonely. The same thing for happiness. If you are in the vibration and emotion of happiness you attract people place and things that carry this same vibration of happiness. If you want to attract your twin flame then become your twin flame by aligning with your soul because your twin flame is your soul and your soul is you. You are your twin flame when you practice being.

@@alimaj2663 personally I slow down my breathing, focus on my senses and put my attention to whatever surrounds me with no judgement. Try looking at a tree and not thinking "it's a tree". Just observe and this should put you in the moment for a split of a second, but you'll know the bliss of it and then you'll have a starting point :)
@@alimaj2663 lol!!!🤣 It's not possible to turn your brain off, but you can quiet your mind by acknowledging the thoughts that come into your head and not judge them as good bad or ugly. Just know that they are there and be unbothered by them. You need your mind to plan for the future and avoid danger etc. The mind is just a tool like a computer that you use to get work done but when the work is done you turn off the computer. The mind work the same way but you can't turn it off so you (the soul) know the mind is there talking talking talking nonstop but you don't let it distract you (aka. the soul). You need to understand that you are mind body and soul. Most people's soul don't realize they are a soul so they listen to the constant chatter of the mind and think that the soul = the mind. But this is not so. Because you are trying to understand this whole thing and you are not getting it tells me you are using your mind. You first must understand you are a soul and the mind is just a tool you are using to navigate this earth. Lets play pretend. Pretend you are a space alien for one minute. Your are a space alien and you would like to go to earth for school. Your soul is the alien (aka. the being that you truly are. The part of you that is existing and lives forever). Your body is the spaceship (aka. The vesicle that allows you to get to earth. For better understanding, you could go a little further and pretend the body is the space suit to allow you to walk around and breathe while you are on earth) and the mind is the computer and technology that's flying and operating the spaceship or space suit (aka. The mind is just another tool or device you use to keep your soul safe while at school on earth.) You are not your mind. It's a tool. Acknowledge that the mind is a tool and you the human being on this earth is the soul. The soul is the student (aka, the one that's paying attention. The one that's here to learn the lesson and evolve to a higher state of consciousness) here to learn all the lessons about life on earth. The soul welcomes all experiences, the good the bad and the ugly because it's here to learn and evolve. That's why you need to navigate this earth from your soul (aka. the real you). i get what you’re saying but here’s the thing without this channel and his teachings i feel like i would still be in such a stuck energy and he has the only channel that is simple to understand what exactly you’re going through and why you are and he has to make money some how. He clearly is passionate about what he is doing so i think he’s doing a pretty good damn job with maintaining an income from his teaching but also giving free content to people who may can not afford it and if you watch the content enough it’ll click to where you don’t even need to pay for the coaching.
