@@neihomai8 I don’t think they are supposed to I have a buddy at target who says their employees sometimes go thru them for the supers for customers they know
I used to have a whole gang of little people as kid. I remember trying to put one on each finger. I got a camper set that came with a family of them. I also had a Sesame Street characters of Little People in another set. My cousin had the barn with the animals and a cowboy hat wearing guy. I thought the cow sound the barn made when you opened the door was hilarious. The 1st run of Little People had wooden bodies and then went to plastic just a couple of years after their initial release because of wooden ones eventually split apart. The Little People VW will be my favorite out of this set just for the nostalgic livery of the Little People.
Awesome pop culture set unboxing video congrats.👍 I will be on the hunt for all of those and I can't wait to add all of those to my hot wheels collection.👍
I think Pop Culture works best when the casting looks like a vehicle some fan might have actually customized. I'm definitely going to be out for the MOTU Transit Van. I agree with you about the Astro Van. Maybe we'll get another Blvd release of it eventually. My understanding is that the Quick D-Livery is based on an International Metro Van. I have the Captain Kirk version. The Barbie Kool Kombi will definitely be the most popular. It's the most popular casting, I think, sporting a popular livery. I'm pretty keen on Pop Culture, but the need for real estate means the same castings get used over and over again. Even when a new one is introduced, it doesn't take long for several versions to appear.
Let me tell you a story I will send the target parking lot since 6:00 in the morning walked in same time as scalpers arrived about three of them one of them took all the kool kombis and left one panel at least he left one panel but took all the good stuff I was very disappointed but what can you do when people support these scalpers it's a shame isn't it thanks for all the good stuff you show us brother I know people that are scalpers and they're cool but some could be total you know what good luck to the rest of the people that find something I wish Michelle could limit only one per customer per ID that would be great it would stop all scalpers from taking everything from people that look for stuff in their hard work of hunting 1 million thumbs up to your channel brother we're out
My Dad kept his "shag van" even after getting married to my Mom. Unfortunately it was junked before I got a chnace to drive it. Chevy Astro Van is my kind of van. Would look killer in flames deco. They should bring it to mainline. I like the Rock em Sock em Robots van better than the robots we got in last year's mainline. I don't care for that Fisher Price van. Too kiddielike deco for me. That Greatful Dead one fits the van perfect. That Barbi Kombi rules, but I would still rather ride the Astro Van. final verdict; Cool set that I won't see hanging anywhere over here.
Really enjoyed the showcase- as usual 😊...think they all were good choices EXCEPT the Hot Wheels retro selection 😔.. should have been either a chrome 67 Camaro or chrome VW Drag Bus...that being said, still seems to be a nice set to collect...
THIS might just be the best packed case ever from HW because it would seem they listened to a lot of us in the VW count and keeping the crazy stuff to a minimum. Of course it would seem THEY are the winners because the complete set collector will need to BUY their own case and leave nothing to chance at your local retail outlets
No worries. I'm sure all the Target and Walmart employees will be scalping the Barbie Kombi's out of the back warehouse. Like they always do.
right I agree 💯, backroom bandits
iz that even legal?

100% agree i live in Texas and i watched this asshole do it. And the only thing i said to him was , you need to grow up and get a real job

Mattel has had some great licenses over the years, i think my favourite of these is the fisher price little people vw van.
Fisher Price is a Mattel brand so they didn't need a license.....just saying.
@@larrygovaert2741 lol i meant that 🤣

I found the matrix knight rider toy story and leno ecojet set. All my targets had them this week.
didn't they use cool kombi for Greenlantern premium & nightmare before Christmas already this year??
They’re all winners! 💯😬👍🏽

Astro can is sublime
I find it one week ago in Vons market

It kinda urks me how the Astro drag van always has thin rear tires
He should have said “Hello everybody, this is a lamely showcase… and that’s a lot of damage!”

A&J Toys had them online, although I think they are on backorder already.
