This song is about Eren taking a different path from the manga. If you notice how name of love mentions "goodnight world", this song here is a continuation of name of love. manga eren dies and moves onto the next era, awakens in the anime timeline and says "good morning secret room, what happens from now on will lead only to one destination." the entire song is from anime eren's pov, talking about how theres someone calling out to him from the other side, or beyond the storm. this is exactly what manga eren was saying in "great escape" when he was trying to call out to anime eren to not make the same mistake he did in the manga

It's fine if you think it that way, but the song share its name with the episode "Midnight Sun", and the part "I'm a heat blaze, you're a memory" makes more sense to Levi and Erwin relationship at that moment: Erwin dies and Levi has to bear his promise to kill Zeke.
On the other hand, the song "Name of Love" is definitely about Eren.
