PQ: 137 the return of the Zeno button

Trying Zeno's button in the top 2 like,share,subscribe to the channel

I have 2 Zeno Buttons. I would use them but we can’t get them back once we use them.
I wonder if we do a PQ while using the Zeno button and we close the game and turn it back on will we still have the Zeno button…
