a amazing tactic (at sometimes if used correctly) in the campaign or pretty much anything but what the tactic is, is that you control a weak unit (painter/halfing/etc) and make the enemies follow you while the range attack them while your the distraction and your controlling it so you just run like heck!

Quick thing with fencers: NEVER put them in a line or a big chunk. Spread them out so the don't clump and get stuck. Fencers are pretty op when you spread them out.
