I met Bryan from Mama Cherrie's Sack in Brighton. I used to live in a flat with shared rooms for a bit and he was living right above me in the 2nd floor flat.
Pretty cool guy, hardworking and into some woodworking as a hobby as well.
He has opened up his own Burger join in Brighton, called Moyos Burger, and he runs it with his brother.
At least that's what I remember from 2,5 years ago before I left the UK.
One of the best burgers I have eaten over in Brighton. Grubbs Burgers are also quite nice, but Moyos had great flavors.

As an Australian. The very idea of eating Prawns with chocolate sauce is honestly nothing short of insulting to even think about.
