Is it OK if I keep the instantpot liner on stovetop?I think liners with handles in latest instapots are only stovetop safe and not the liner which you are using?
Sure the newer ones with handles are more convenient. The ones without handles you have to be careful with. That's why I recommend using oven mitts or silicone gloves. But the pot itself has a nice thick and heavy bottom which is perfect for stovetop use. If you don't trust yourself being careful, don't do it. But I feel like using a pressure cooker requires being careful as well. If you can do that, you can also be safe enough to use the regular liner on the stove top.
