For those who are wondering how to get the catalyst blurprint. The explanation starts at 1:59. You can basically kill two birds with one stone if you are farming the macromolecule biogel.
I didn't skip the last material if you were to look at the Timestamps it's at 1:59. You can earn the catalyst blueprint while earning yourself the macromolecule biogel.
I think he needs to show us the easiest place to farm for the blueprint and how to get the shards to start up the reactor. Instead of just saying gg with this random 82 material with zero testing on the quickest route with other outpost drops and their associated void reactor
If you really are in a pinch in to get catalyst bp, you could just farm Kingston Normal Slumber Valley and open it with Gravewalker at a 15% drop rate that takes about 6-7 minute per cycle. Otherwise, I would agree with what was shown in the video, although I personally like to farm at the other outpost in Echo Swamp - Muskeg Swamp for its simpler power panel layout and efficient void frag that takes me 3-4 minutes to fuel the reactor. I don't really like the one in Derelict for the reason being that the void frag is pretty inefficient with how it spawns the enemies in Ideally you should be looking to get catalyst bp as a side drop while grinding for something else, but do whatever works for you I guess (also, the reactor will always be paired with a fragment that'll start it up, and there's a spreadsheet if you really need to scratch the min-max itch AND the swamp outposts is the only place that offers both the biogel AND catalyst bp as a pattern drop)
