You are such an amazing woman, and I KNOW you can do anything you put your mind to. There was only one thing that REALLY bothered me in your video. It was when you said you felt disgust with yourself. I know the feeling, as we both have put on weight over the last two years from our medications, BUT you are BEAUTIFUL, both inside and out! That beauty is not dependent on a number on a scale, so don't let that negative voice decide your value! If you can do this, I can too. Hugs and loves!
