We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Welcome back Simran!! ❤️Since we got married we have been living in a condo back in Malaysia and now in midtown, Toronto. I’m a team condo too but I would love to try to stay in either townhouse or semi d. We are paying 3200 rent for our condo here. It’s 2+1 and it’s covering the cost of transportation as we don’t own a car here. So far enjoying it here and management is good. Keeping fingers crossed that once we get our PR, we will get a townhouse in the suburbs. 💪🏻

This channel probably can become most useful to people who are thinking of buying a house in Canada.
Great video again :) but just a feedback that these residential videos are becoming bit off for people who are living inside downtown or near zone 1 in cities like Vancouver, Toronto etc. because these selections of condo vs townhouses are not generally under same financial radar and off by millions of dollars :) btw why don't you also create a video on your entire timeline here in Canada from all the important checkpoints?
Really interesting video Navjot and Simran! Navjot, if you have been editing the videos (assuming that you have not hired anyone for the job), then please look into your mic recording from your main camera. The left channel is not working. It could either be an issue with the jack you are connecting to the camera, or the mic's left channel may have conked. Not to worry though. You can replicate the right channel mic capture to the left channel in the audio track, which you can do in your NLE (Non Linear Video Editor) i.e. FCPX or Adobe Premiere Pro. Please find helpful tutorials on UA-cam and it is a very easy fix. Alternatively you can change your audio track from stereo to mono as well.

Please reply, My Study Visa was approved, but it is as per the old Sep. 2022 LOA, My School Deferred me to May 2023. I did upload new LOA to my GC key account even before 15 days of my Visa Approval. What I should do now? At that time my medical will also be got expired.
