Where did you find the 1" 2:1 pitch spiral coil binding? Can't seem to find that size online anywhere. Please comment. Thanks!
Great video. Where did you get your spiral binding? I have been looking for them with no avail.
They got a mini cinch coming out cant wait to see it work
How were you able to find the coil? Everywhere I go I can’t find 2:1 pitch for coil.
I am the same - I can't find 2:1 pitch spiral coils anywhere online.
I know this is really old but can you use the square holes for the spiral binding, the wire you showed first?
These lessons have been very helpful. Thank you.
Glad you are enjoying them. The colors may have changed over time but the We R Memory Keepers products are as amazing as ever.
Love it!
Hi, sorry if you've mentioned it somewhere but where can I purchase the plastic spiral binding? I can't find that size anywhere
What size spiral binding coil can we use for the mini cinch?
Very helpful class. What about small binding things how do you use those? And what is o rings? Thanks
Hi whats the name of the adhesive tape your using
Can I bind a 12x12 book?
Can you please explain how to use the Cinch if your page has a fraction, for example what if it's 7 3/4 height? I couldn't find any suggestions in the manual, and only one video. Please help if you can. Thanks
Can the binding come out to add additional pages?
Thank you
Hello, thanks for this video, is it 2.1 or 3.1 pitch binding wire?
2:1
New subscriber!
Hi I just watched your tutorial & thought it was great. I wanted to ask that on the spiral coil binding you used, does the pitch matter like it does on the other type binding? I know the other binding has to be a 2:1 pitch but the spiral coil binding you do by hand can that be a 4:1 pitch? Also what size binding do you find you use the most 3/4" or 1" for say a junk journal. Any help you can offer would be appreciated! I gave U a thumbs up! Thanks
Thanks so much for watching! Glad you enjoyed the video. I would recommend a 1" coil for a junk journal so you can have lots of room for bulky items and pages. The spiral coil is a little more flexible than the other binding because it is plastic not metal. It is meant for the 2:1 pitch as well. I would be cautious when switching to anything other than a 2:1 pitch as it will pinch the pages if the spacing isn't appropriate and the pages won't turn properly.
Your video made it look very easy. I am using the same binding wire but the video did not show how to end the Cinch binding wire at either ends, please share how to secure the binding. Thank you.
same question. your example had lots of coil hanging off at the end - what do we do with that?
Can we use the spiral binding with square hole cinch?
Yes. The pitch is the same (2:1) for both round and square machines.
@@annetteandhercrafts I need that spiral binding coul can't find them so sad
Thanks for the video but I have a problem it miss one hole in the center is there a way to fix this, thank u
Yes, as long as you make sure to lock your guide in place you can move your project over and repunch the center hole. Simply "turn off" all the other buttons and only engage the one you need to punch your center hole. You might want to try it on a sample piece of paper before trying it on your good project for added confidence. Good luck.
Thank you very much and I have another question can you reopen the spiro to add more to it without messing the rings up?
You might ruin the binding coil if you try to reopen it to add more pages.
Thank u I'll just have to start over
@@ROBERTALOLLIS just cut slits in the middle of hole then put it any where
They say the machine is a 2:1 pitch. Can we use different pitches with it?
No
Where do you find spiral binding that works with the Cinch?

Hello, I was wondering how I would do a10 3/4" page? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
With the Cinch you can make books in any size. If you don't want a hole to punch in your project you simply pull the "pin" attached to that hole. It is really easy once you play with it. I recommend testing in on scrap paper before you bind a finished product. Good luck!!
Thanks for your reply. My problem is the additional 1/4" and 3/4". I can't seemed to figure that part out.
This might be another good video that might help answer your questions...ua-cam.com/users/edit?o=U&video_id=0iiUeRkSero I personally cut my inner pages 1/4' smaller and punch the holes as I would want them. Then I line up my cover over the pages to get the exact spacing and punch the cover last using the inner pages as my guide. My cover will not have holes right up to the edge and that's okay. But the inside pages determine the holes you place in the cover. I hope that makes sense. I always test it on scrap paper before committing to my project. It might take a little trial and error to get it right. Good luck!!
Thank you. That makes perfect sense. I guess I was focusing more on the cover than the inner pages (which I do tend to like the inner pages a little smaller than the cover). Can you please send me the link again for future reference? For some reason, I wasn't able to open it.
Oh good! I'm glad I could help. :) That lesson is part of this free class. It is a great resource for the We R Memory Keepers Tools. The Cinch Tool is featured in Lesson 8. It includes links to all the supplies as well. Enjoy!
