I’ve been to most qudos/cross roads pantos now and I have to say Brian’s Cinderella is the same where ever he goes in terms of content but at same time is the best by a country mile.
I've been a regular to the Pantos in Woking since 2008 which back then was Aladdin, (apart from a few others there in the early 00's) and even done Work Experience at The New Victoria Theatre whilst in year 11 at school. One thing that I still don't get, although mentioned in the video is what made them decide to change the story to Cinderella for the year just gone where they could of stayed with Peter Pan
Ah wow, I bet it was a fun place for work experience. I think it had to change as they allocated Brian Conley to Woking and he always does his same Cinderella show wherever he goes. I’m excited for Peter Pan later this year!
I didn't see this version of Cinderella but I heard good reviews about it. I've seen Cinderella twice now at Woking Theatre the second time was when Paul Chuckle was in it. It was ok but Paul and the actor that played Buttons stole the show. The first time I saw it was in 2013 when Justin Fletcher was in it that version was brillient. The thing is with panto's at Woking they keep repeating some of them to soon it's like for example Peter Pan, Dick Whittington and Robin Hood haven't been on in ages because some others are being repeated and not including 2022 Cinderella because I didn't see it, there's alot more adult honour in these shows now then pre 2017 but at the end of the day Panto's will always be an big tradition at Christmas time.
Completely agree about them repeating titles! In the 30 years of panto at the theatre, they've never had Jack and the Beanstalk, and have only done Dick Whittington, Sleeping Beauty etc once. Luckily Peter Pan is scheduled next year, so will look forward to that! Thank you for watching 👍
@@pantoreview I've just learnt something new today thank you. The only Panto stories I haven't seen is Peter Pan I properly will next Christmas and Dick Whittington.
I’m commenting to say I am going to revoke my subscription to this channel the time it takes in between uploads is a joke and there is not nearly enough content for those who want to watch actual panto reviewer content I recommended MickeyJoTheatre
Thank you for watching! Share your thoughts here on Cinderella! 👠

Keep up the great panto content you are the only good panto reviewer (partially because you are the only panto reviewer)
Filling a gap in the market 😏
Your voice is iconic you are my favorite panto reviewer, how do you sound 70 and 12 at the same time!
Creasing this is too accurate 💀
