UPDATE: I drove past this machien the other day and it was currently "Out Of Order", the machine was at the back of the bay and the right brush arm moved a tiny bit into the middle :(
I drove past a few weeks ago and it was in the same position too. The machine was all the way at the back, and the right side brush was in the middle leaning inward, as if someone bent it in the wrong direction. Might go past again if I feel like it and get some photos.
