I configurated the exact same car with all the extras and the price was 92,795 they just told her it was 92,7945 to make her feel bad lol

The odds were not in her favor. This is one of the least friendly car games on the show (in terms of winning the car), right next to Golden Road. You'd be better off with Dice Game or Cover Up.

DimensiiioN Wrong. The glass roof is an extra option. Standard sunroof is just a big panel that slides back, it is color matched to the car. I had a 991 911 Turbo that had the glass roof/sunroof option.

I felt she had the 3rd and 4th numbers wrong but man I can't believe she actually HAD it...as much as I would have loved for her to go for that Porsche, she did the safe and right thing in my mind. This bailout will be hurting for quite sometime though :(

I used to watch this game be played all the time when I was a kid back in the Barker Days in the 80s. I don't think I've ever seen anyone win the game.
Think about it. Four numbers with a 50% chance of getting it right. You are looking at a 3.125% chance (1 in 32) of getting all four digits right. I would doubt myself too in that case: $4 in prizes and have a 96.875% chance that I made the right call? Sure. I'd take that bet too.
This and Golden Road were two games that I don't think I've ever seen anyone win.

so she needed >$5564 to take the cash, so mathematically it were wrong, but to take the cash has less varience and she might need the money right away. And some people are saying that the taxes were high for the car so if the car would be worth less than $61000 she made the right choice. but I guess she just needed the money right away.
She probably wouldn't have been able to pay the tax on it anyways.

I would be glad to win anything but with the difference in value of the prices, I can't simply pass up on it. $3000 worth of prices may be a lot of money, but I'd never pass up on a $90K car.
The taxes would probably kill me though, but at least you'd own it until you can sell it for something else. I'd probably had sold it any bought a -69 Charger, a nice computer, traveled a bit and saved the rest for retirement/a rainy day.
Well let's see 92k car in the price is right legal terms you have 30 days to pay the taxes on your prizes or you automatically forfeit them the tax would have been an easy $9500 plus the insurance on that car is about $850 a month so there's a good chance she didn't have the cash for it but then again do what you have to do to get the tax money say ten grand give or take pay it then sell the car and make a 75-80k profit not bad at all but that car is so beautiful and very tempting to keep
Yeah honestly I'd rather sell the car. If I'm driving a car like that it's not going to be until I can afford the upkeep. Sad part is you can buy a suitable car for the cost you'd have to pay in taxes to keep it.
