Real Estate exams won't bother you or be a problem if you work with someone like Mrs Catherina... She's God sent, she saved me from taking the test for the 3rd time
I took my real estate TN exam this passed Saturday (7-17-21) and FAILED (made a 61%) . . .I scheduled to take it again 3 days LATER. Binge watched your videos, downloaded the vocabulary sheet and passed with a 75% (7-21-21). THANKS FOR EVERYTHING JOE‼️
I subscribed $3000 for the questions and answers but paid $2000 then after the exams I completed my payment to him, I studied the questions and answers he provided and was shocked to see the same questions on the day i took my exams, he’s truly a genius
This helped me understand it a lot easier, thank you! I never was interested in math but i like to perfect my craft and turn my weaknesses in to a strength.
I actually learned math in 9 minutes TT this is a god send because I get so confused with percents TT The company I got my prep from has three textbook courses and practice exams and I don't know if I can do it with this much to prepare with. It's just too much material. I'm still going to do my best. At worst, I'll have to repay my mom for the $300 spent on courses and books and think about doing my real estate license later.
I do not know how to do the third question: What was the selling price of the house if: $350 due for taxes, $12,500 mortgage, 6% commission, $7,000 net sale.
Hey Joe thank you for everything! just one note, I will put the question somewhere for the math questions so I can keep up on what I’m looking for in the question.
I dont understand Q3, what is the selling price in relation to how much the house cost. Is arthor the seller or he the agent? Just confused if someone can help
They say third times a charm, am officially a real Estate Broker🎉🎉 for all my repeat test takers don't give up and don't be discouraged.

I do not know how to do the third question: What was the selling price of the house if: $350 due for taxes, $12,500 mortgage, 6% commission, $7,000 net sale.
Screaming Thank You!!!!!
Great presentation! Thank you ,Joe for your help
Your videos have helped me pass my practice exams!
Thank you Joe, more of these scenarios would be so helpful. Thanks again 🙏🏻
I love your channel, You have helped me so much. Thank you!!
Absolutely perfect this
@7:02 how was the percentage found? The 94% of the selling price?
oh duh because 100-6 ( 6% commission)
@@heykkiran i still dont get it can you help me
@@millie32kdb because there can only be 100% total in percentages. Since the commission is taking 6% away then that only leaves you with 94% left.
Thanks for explaining. It’s so helpful even after 3 years of posting this video.10/24/2024
So glad to hear this!
Hey Joe thank you for everything! just one note, I will put the question somewhere for the math questions so I can keep up on what I’m looking for in the question.
Thank You Joe!
The 94% at number 3 got me
He said Arthur buys the house, but "nets $7,000 on the sale," so is Arthur buying or selling the house? The question was asked unclearly.
Do you have Connecticut specific videos??
Great video! Some tricky questions.
Thanks 😊
Thank U so much 🙏
Why was the net sale added to the equation in practice question #3
Great content
Definitely helped!!!
on the third question how did you get 94%? Im confused
I dont understand Q3, what is the selling price in relation to how much the house cost. Is arthor the seller or he the agent? Just confused if someone can help
ty
Where did the 94% come from?
Really convoluted way of explaining things. There are better ways
I’m trying write those down it goes so fast ugh
❤
Commissions
Why not $1500 subtracted by 40% ?
It’s to hard to follow this math is way to hard for me to understand does he ever go slow or show this different?
i like they way you break it up too bad the test its a word text in black and white no characters
I prefer the story problems in writing, instead. It was hard to follow by listening. Had to rewind.
talk a little slower
Joe, THANK YOU !
