It emphasises the fact that for most children, they should not enter the education system until 7+ years. With the curriculum as it is today, the fact that children spend most of their day away from the family, it’s hardly surprising that children grow up with notions implanted at this crucial time! A few things I am doing for myself in addition to some of the good suggestions below - 1) Daily lemon water. There are pubmed docs that discuss how that assists in breaking down calcifications (from oxalate & other) in the body. 2) Reduced oxalate diet (reduces calcifications in the body created by oxalate). and 3) Sauna / Niacin protocol to remove heavy metals. This protocol is widely used to pull heavy metals from the body by military, drug rehab protocols, emergency heavy metal exposures etc.
How much niacin do you use and for how long?
Cilantro works as a powerful heavy metal detoxifying food. Turmeric, ginger, lemon water, chlorella, activated charcoal from coconut are also very helpful for removing heavy metals. Look into "heavy metal detox

My daughter has never used fluoride toothpaste. Very little tap water, we mostly drink spring water. Never had a cavity at 10. Even I as an outside the box person was shocked. The conditioning goes deep.
In America at least, all of our food, even “organic”, has high cadmium levels in it. It’s in the soil. There’s no getting around it. Also, most of our food-vegetables and fruit (if you buy it at the store) has been sprayed with who knows what.
So that’s a little hard to avoid unless you grow your own food.
That being said, I have no idea what my pineal gland looks like but I’ve had a knowing and intuitive/psychic abilities since I was tiny and that’s never changed, and I see visually and have things happen every single day, all day, synchronicities.
I eat sugar and yet, I’m ok in that arena.
Things I don’t do or stopped is using toothpaste ~ (use baking soda instead), I no longer drink alcohol, I don’t smoke, I meditate, I’m out in nature almost everyday.
So maybe it balances it out.

My mom had hypoglycemic calcium buildup in her body. She had Alzheimer’s. She was my best friend. I love her so much .She had a very tough life. I was hoping and praying that we would get time to enjoy our older years together, but she died two years ago a horrible way to die with Alzheimer’s.

Radicchio, okra, tomatoes, peppers, onions, cucs, melon, mint, hoja santa, beans, swiss chard, eggplant, winter squash harvested last month but good for months ahead, carrot. More variety than this. Im in south east Texas. Toothpast tubes are terrible for landfills. I use charcoal w baking soda. I recommend bicycling. Great stress reliever and exercise. Bike the paved trails and side streets w friends. Eat fresh foods and get outside. It's not always how long you live but how you live. When the roll is called up yonder, l want to be in that number! My "programming" during my formative years as a child were mainly fear of reprisal from adults in my family. Not constructive criticism. I've fought through it. The pineal gland has rods and cones like the two front eyes. When we need to visualize or display a video of something the brain uses the pineal gland to accomplish this operation-no mumbo jumbo. I'm assuming you read the KJV. Well, guess what? It's not "the original," either. It's not even the real King James Version, it's the New King James Version which has been modernized because most people would struggle to read the original, which came out in 1611. Furthermore, the Bible as you know it isn't even something the men who wrote the books of the Bible had anything to do with. A committee of men, at the behest of the Roman Empire, sat down and arbitrarily decided which Jewish and Christian texts would make up the "official" scriptures. They excluded anything they disagreed with. If you wanna base so much of your life and opinions on what The Bible says, it might be a good idea to educate yourself on the topic.
