Aside from lissandra, the hex portal I think will make losing team more difficult to fight back. Winning team can control the jungle and use hex portal to clear both top and bottom waves faster and gives more pressure to losing team.
lissandra looks good the new items are good, the new look on baron site is good/hex portals are good even without the hex drake, the only dislikable thing for me about this. new upcoming update is the t-rex/raptors its like destroying the whole lore for satisfying childs. period.
