What frame rate do you use and how long did this take? great work btw!
24fps and I think it was about 18-20 hours :) glad you like it!
@@kdsketch Do you animate on twos? bcz it did not look like ones and i am stonished this took only 20 hours. you must have insane workflow.
I use a mix of 2s/3s and separate out the parts so I don’t have to redraw more than I have to! It was a few days of pretty solid hours work :)

Yeah I did everything! Did some work during livestreams and things which helps stay on task :) I try to reply to comments as often as I can 😅
In what app or website did you do this animations?
TVPaint :) bought it when I was a student so there was a big discount! If you’re looking for free software check out blender, opentoonz, tahoma 2D, krita :)

Could there be shorter animation process that won't take 21 hours for an 8 second video?
Yep! This was just wayyyy more detailed and complicated than most of my animations - some of my tiktoks I’ve posted here were made in 4 - 8 hours! It really depends on the style, length and how much detail I want to include :)
Late response but yeah, you can always sacrifice frames, art complexity, etc to speed it up. There’s just only so far one person working alone can go. I once spent two years making a 7-minute cartoon because it was just me. 11000 key frames for lip sync alone. 😅
