Quit Smoking in 12 Weeks with No Pain | Helped my parents on successful smoking cessation

  • Have you ever wanted to quit smoking? Or help your family and friends to quit smoking? Last year I successfully helped my parents, who have been addicted to smoking for over 30 years, to quit. In this episode I want to share with you the process and the interview with my parents at the end. Why did my parents say afterwards that it wasn't hard to quit? I will share two methods and specific measures for quitting smoking: abrupt and gradual smoking cessations, and I will compare the pros and cons of both. If you want to quit smoking, or if you want to help your friends and family quit smoking, please make sure to watch till the end!

    2. Use 8 weapons when addiction comes (see below for details).

    8 weapons to use when addiction comes:
    1. Deep breathing: Place your hand on the diaphragm above your abdomen, inhale deeply through your nose, feel your diaphragm expand, hold your breath for a moment, and then exhale very slowly. You can do this 12 times, because smoking a cigarette also has about 12 puffs.
    2. Stand up and pour a glass of water: another way is to go to a glass of water to drink, which not only can pass 20 seconds, but also can reduce the nicotine in the body.
    3. Stretch: Because it is easy to be mentally ill during the period of quitting smoking, stretch your back to move your muscles and focus your mind.
    4. Rinse your face with cold water: Walking to the washroom can make you pass 20 seconds, and rinsing with cold water can also make you feel refreshed immediately and distract you from the desire to smoke.
    5. Take vitamin B complex: Vitamin B complex can stabilize your nerves, so you can use vitamins or health supplements, or you can add vitamin B complex-rich bread and nuts to your meals, such as brown rice, cereal, and whole wheat bread.
    6. Avoid eating half-cooked meat because meat contains protein, and after decomposition there is a lot of ammonia in the blood, too much ammonia will stimulate the central nervous system, and the rawer the meat, the more ammonia it contains.
    7. Chew carrots, cucumbers, celery sticks: this just let the mouth something, and carrots, cucumbers, celery sticks low calorie, will not gain weight, and rich in fiber, can help defecate, solve the problem of constipation.
    8. Hold something in your hand: In addition to the desire to mouth, you also have to face the desire to hand, holding a pencil or coin, palm ball, to replace the habit of holding a cigarette.

    我已經戒煙四次了, 每次都可以兩個月以上不抽煙. 然後又開始繼續抽菸. 就這樣停幾個月, 開始抽幾個月....
    然而, 大家都歧視抽菸, 這是最令人不解的. 明明吃一根香腸等於抽20根菸, 卻沒有人一直嫌棄.

      你可以抽但是要配上一杯最統苦的飲品
      你腦子會把抽菸當成難過的事情你不想喝就不會抽
      同理打遊戲抽菸會讓你只在抽菸打遊戲
      你可以規定你在開心抽菸那你就真的可以在其他時候不抽菸

    戒必適這類的戒菸口服藥真的有效,服用不到兩個星期即戒掉我數十年的煙癮。
    至於戒菸用的貼片和口香糖就.....對我完全無效。

      最理想的做法,我現在是戒煙加16:8輕斷食同時進行,朋友都說我瘦了,年輕了,皮膚也好了。😊

    烟龄18年,戒烟已经三个月。每礼拜跑步三天,“这本书能让你戒烟” 现在感觉自己抽一支烟比戒烟还难,好像戒掉了!

    影片很棒
    抽煙十幾年了, 最近一次立馬戒煙後近2年時間沒抽過一口
    然後最近在戒早中午兩餐只吃素, 為什麼那麼難😝 暫時維持2個月 但一星期有一天會破戒
