----
BOTTLES FEATURED:
Woodinville Bourbon Whiskey Haggen Selected
Bourbon 30
Still Austin Straight Bourbon
Traverse City Barrel Proof Bourbon
Congrats to Kat and Shane for single handedly keeping the Titan of Whiskey animation alive........CHEERS!
“I’m busy with this bulls***!” Never change Daniel.
Hehehe. I kinda wanna know how much whiskey they had by this point, because it was all kinds of giggles. LOL. Love it! Great content.
OK, you have the dinosaurs, you have the alien. When the short guy is running through the snowy mountains, THERE IS NO BIG FOOT!!!
It's been a long week, and this made me laugh out loud over my lunch break. Thanks for leaving all the ball-busting and laughs in; I needed it. Cheers, you MBs !
"Kerflummoxed" - Daniel Whittington.
"No shit Brad!" - Rexi Boi
When I move out after my job training, I wanna start a collection much like yours! Maybe .. on a smaller scale at first but just know you made me the whiskey lover that I am today! Thank you for years of entertainment and knowledge Daniel and Rex.
You guys are amazing.
I can't be the only one who still turns up the volume to max and gets super pumped from the Titan animation
keep your humour up there with still austin. this is the type of humour that made me laugh so much after coming back to europe from canada after 2 years. slovakia and so..
"I don't like to see people struggle." Said Rex, driver of the struggle bus.
Have you guys tried the Triple Barrel from Woodinville? It’s only sold at the distillery, but you can get it shipped if you live in WA. They take their Double Barrel and finish it (I think 6 months) in ex-Ardbeg 10 casks. Also, I did not know Haggen did store picks! Good to know!
Yeah that is a good tip! I will be looking for it.
Haggen is a high end grocery store in the north west. I believe some of the stores even have bars in them. They were bought out by Albertsons a couple years ago after a failed attempt to expand into California.
Rare whiskey Friday may be my favorite time of the week.
Late to watching this- we were in Traverse City just a week ago- and planned on going to the TC Distillery- had it not been for a flat tire that needed replaced...
Hi sir, recently I am studying about Bottled in bond (BIB) where I get to know that it should be from one season let’s take (Jan to June) so it can be possible that it can be a blend of two or more years of same season (i.e Jan to June) and all are aged for 4 years. Example: One bourbon distill in 2019 and other is in 2020 in same season and then blend together and aged for 4 years and then sale. And is it makes any difference if bourbon distill in one season is different from other distill in next season if yes than how? Looking forward from hearing with you.
8:30 - 9:55 - Kat Rajnay & Shane Jeffcoat, you deserve every last second of that you glorious Titans of Whiskey.
5 minutes, 12 seconds in, first mention of the whiskey! hahaha best RWF ever
"I'm busy with this bullsh*t…" - so funny!
I usually watch these on my cellphone. Yesterday, I watched on my 55in tv. With the way Rex trims his mustach, it kept looking like he had a nose ring. Now I can't unsee it. Your welcome. Lol
A little question, from Brazil, a Carioca lost in São Paulo. My wife, nice person, will be 40 in November next. Could you recommend a 40 or more years old whisky? The trick part is that it should be something around US$ ? Which means not having to sell anything. All the best luv the show best regards. Capi
LOVE the Titans of Whiskey vid lol
Whats the best way to ship whiskey to protect it from the different temperatures of different states?
I demand justice!! I donated a bottle of Barrel Proof Traverse City at the first Bastard's Ball and now someone else does it and they get the credit? lol Shame....shame I say.
I love love love Woodinville. Have a barrel proof store pick from the Speakeasy_WI group and it's just fantastic. Their small batch is a great every day sipper at 90 proof. Still need to try the port finish, but I've heard awesome things about it. I think they're in 28 states right now? Cheers, MB's.
As a fellow Wisconsinite I need to know more about this group!
@@colbybrock3632 Woodinville is a WA (washington) whisky. Soorie wisconsin
glorfac oh gotcha! I saw “speakeasy_WI” and thought Wisconsin.
@@colbybrock3632 Yea it shouldn't be WI, should be WA
@@colbybrock3632 It is a Wisconsin group on FB for people that are into beer, whisk(e)y and other spirits. Check it out :)
Hey guys, I work for VomFASS and you have a bottle from one of our stores on your shelves right behind you. Was wondering which one you have. It’s a handwritten bottle. If it’s bourbon, I’m guessing Two George’s but I could be wrong.
Whiskey experiment idea. Using one of the mini barrels fill equal parts newmake and charred acorns, and age for a few seasons. Acorns are the edible nuts(actually used to be a staple food item) of oak trees when charred the new flavor compounds should be interesting, and they are about to be in season. Acorns can also be processed into flour meaning one could make a whiskey entirely from oak trees and rainwater. Cheers
So just before this you filmed the segments for BB
I'm now thinking if there is anywhere doing what could be classed as a single scotch. 1 distillerys blend of grain and malt whisky...
Hey I just wanted to say I really appreciate your guy's videos. I was recently deployed and your videos really helped me pass my time and helped me build a list of whiskeys I want to get for my collection. I would love to see you review Jim Beams Distillers Masterpiece.
Best RWF video in months. Laughed my ass off all episode.
I have a bottle of Dalmore 21 from 2007 that is unopened I have had other Dalmore offerings but I cannot find too much about this one. What can you guys tell me?
The Drunky McDrunkerson’s lmao... you guys are awesome!
When are you going to make Shane and Kat "Deities of whisk(e)y"? I think they've earned it...
The song for the "Titians of Whiskey" thing was really cool. The guitars were epic. Super heavy. Is that from something or did you have that song commissioned?
Song is free-to-use and is called - Call of the North” by Niklas Johansson.
The day you guys do the perfect RWF intro without commenting on how the intro did/didn't go according to plan will be the worst RWF intro you've done.
I am going to send a video of myself saying the intro backwards😂🤣😭
Woodinville is getting huge now...it's all over AZ, just looked and YOU can get it at Spec's. Dang it, forgot you reviewed it before.
At what precise point does the finish actually start?
You guys are starting to affect my enjoyment of other channels. I was watching TactiCOOL 3LOADS on Corridor. At the climax of the video they used the same music you use for the Whiskey Titan theme. As they were throwing around gun clips I expected Rex and Daniel to fly through on a whiskey bottle.
I know right!
I can't imagine WT/WV doing a collab with Corridor, but MAN IT WOULD BE SO CRAZY.
All amazing dudes.
I like the bit where they talked about whisky
I am loving the Woodinville Rye!
5:21 Rex realizes... schlamtown, right around the corner 😂.
Still love that titan animation
“I’m busy with this _____!” cutting to the music vid had better comedic timing than Rodney Dangerfield. Well played sirs (or shall I say Dan!)!
Great show, can you do a show regarding Uncle Nearest Tennessee Whiskey??
Rex’s half @$-ed “...bye...” at the end was absolutely hilarious! Love everything you guys do!
Hoping to visit the traverse city distillery at some point soon
Is Woodinville rare? I see it at Spec's every week.
What is the name of the bottle above the lagavulin on the wall?
HAS THERE ALWAYS BEEN A T-REX IN THE TITAN INTRO????
Hm... must have been too drunk every other time 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
70% corn
5% barley
20% rye
Equals (in Texas math) 100%???
The other five percent?
Love. It’s love.
What up fellow MB's, Good morning!
Am I the only who says the toast along with them at the end of every video? I even raise my hand even when I am not holding anything 😅
Haha yeah guys great video as always 🤘🏻
Hey guys,i am from India and i feel so sad that i am not able to try all these varities in my countries.. please if possible try reviewing Indian brands or whiskies which we can buy here.... And hatts off you guys are awesome and the Cheers which u make for steal live and drink with us 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Have y'all done "Texas ranger" whiskey? It's cheap stuff but I love it! It's a Rebecca Creek product
one of the funnest episodes LOL
It is long past time when you taste and give first notes on spirits of your make, though ya'll MUST do a "moment of awkward silence" . Though make it an EPIC moment!!!! God Bless all, This is POW/MIA remembrance day.
Is it time to reset the injury counter? Oh sorry, wrong channel...
How do I send whiskey to the vault ?
where is fwd for the titans who seem to be the only ones who show up on here....it should be down to 0.5 seconds now.....
Of all the times ive watched the titans bit, have I only now noticed that damn dinosaur walking by...
I am new to the channel and am wondering what the story is behind the property featured in your videos?
www.wizardacademy.org/
Time for another Woodinville bottle? Might be time for another Woodinville bottle... I don't have the straight bourbon anymore, cask strength is sounding mighty fine.
I don't know what the problem is... i watch every dingke video
Oh you didn't speed up the Titan video? Lol. Cheers 🥃
Looking foward to comparing the ardbeg wee beastie & the 10 this weekend!
S'mores brings me to toasted oats, which as a hobbie distiller is how I bring that to my mash.
Didn't Daniel actually cut himself and was wearing a bandage on his finger like 2 years ago in the old vault?
What would the ceremony be if Rex or Daniel personally contributed a bottle to the vault? If no such protocol exists, I recommend they each create the animation for the other one in secret. Respect must be given, mild shenanigans are welcome, and maybe just a bit of ball busting.
Will never be a need for a secret Rex donation video.
An ambulance might not be necessary. I had a slight mishap with a sharp object at work a few months age & didn't need one. I just had to use one hand to keep constant pressure on the cut, so I didn't bleed all over the manager's car during 15 min ride to the ER.
I have to get you guys the bottle of Woodville that was finished in an Ardbeg cask.
where is the distinction between Magnificent Bastard, Patron Saint of Whiskey, and Titan? How many bottles for each?
I like the Daniel version of the intro. "People sent us these rare things. We drink them. Tell you first impressions. Your welcome. Fuck you"
Ye olde single scotch is my favourite.
10:17 "I'm NEVER going to cut myself!"
As much as I’ve tried I still can’t make out the wording on Rex’s whiskey bib during the Titans video. Anyone care to reveal it and enlighten me?
Didn't Daniel cut his finger not too long ago opening a bottle?
Daniel, you would definitely lose a corner off your totenchip for that knife technique
Haha. Now that's not a memory I expected to have brought up
Just got a pick of this from Garfield's in Palatine, IL and it was phenomenal
Now they realized and Lagavulin is back again. Love this game.
I'm waiting for her to sneak in there and switch it out while they're distracted by the camera.
23:16 - That's why it's a little frustrating listening to the nosing and tasting notes on Bourbon blind: "I'm getting carmel, brown sugar, vanilla".
Woodinville for the win!
Oh, I want to get you guy the Woodinville Triple Barrel.
Intro=Close enough! I'll allow it
The tricksy Hobbitses will never perfect the 'Mooch soliloquy'.
11:00 in Daniel thinking of a name change to John Wayne Hobbit.
Rare Whiskey? This stuff is all over the stores here. 25.2 miles from Woodinville. Knew what it was when the bottle was in your hand.
Boom like a Mooch on a fine spirit I'm here lets do it!
I haven't laughed this hard since I was a little girl.
Yeah buddy
The intro has a height requirement...
savage
“Spin Dickhole”..... OMG laughed like crazy
The Tribe has officially infiltrated your DNA when you hum along with the Patron Saint Music Ritual & who among us Hasn't played air drums to the Titan rock opera.
The Patron Saint one is the best
10:17 Daniel "I'm never going to cut myself, it's never going to happen" Whittington
"Spin dickhole!" best Rexism of 2020
Daniel: I’m not slicing up I’m cutting in
Me: what did I see right before the titan video 🤔
@fancydan remember 10:17 for when Daniel cuts himself
Cosmic Bunghole!!!
Daniel looks like a mini version of El Duce from The Mentors.
I'm sure almost no one will get that reference....... I do btw. :)
I always felt like the word “rare” in the title “rare whiskey Friday “ implied you would be reviewing rare whiskey
