My first platinum was Infamous: Sencond Son. A game that i love to this day.
Same. Since it is a short game a I replayed it multiple times. Then decided that I wanted it to be my first platinum.

Mine was Horizon: Zero Dawn. I wasn’t trying to get it necessarily, but when I finished the game and noticed I was at 94% or whatever I checked to see what I needed. Since all I needed was to destroy all the training dummies I figured what the hell, I’ll go for it
That'll be my second. My first was LEGO DC Super Villains.
So u got all the metal flowers before u finished the game

I just finished Horizon Zero Dawn... I didn’t even know I got it until it popped.
I was at level 49 before fighting the final boss, so technically I beat the game before getting the Plat, but I leveled up immediately after, so it almost counts.
My first platinum was Spider-man PS4 one of the best experiences I had within a game to that point
Anthony Orazio Spiderman PS4 platinum was pretty easy, but you just need time to get it. I earned like 98% of the trophies and I wasn’t even looking for them.

I was late to the party with PlayStation but my first platinum was on Until Dawn. I saw Nath and Dave do a full let's play of Until Dawn and I loved it so much I bought a PS4 with Until Dawn the very next day and got the platinum a week later. That was almost 2 years ago now and I now have 22 platinums under my belt.

It's pretty straightforward, hardest thing you have to do is getting all the Blazing Suns at the Hunting grounds.

Death by Konami I’ve got the platinum for fallout 4. That trophies easy just send one settler into the red rocket and build a lot of random junk in the corner til it’s large then put a lot of food and water in the workbench and give them a shop and a lot of turrets
First 3:
1. Infamous - great title
2. God of war 3 - I still remember the Cerberus fight. I finished the newest GoW on hardest diff and I think there should be a trophy for that.
3. - Assasins Creed 2 - the feathers! After beating the game I invited a firend over to help me out getting them all and she was sooo good at it that afterwards we sat on completing Assasins Creed 3 plat :D i should've married that girl.
My first Platinum was Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, back in good old 2009! I remember collecting everything and beating the game on Crushing before deleting my save and being happy with the experience, then the trophy patch came out and I went back and did it all again! I actually booted the game up a few times a day for about a week to see if the patch had been released since my internet access was limited and I didn't know the actual patch release date, good times ♥
I remember everyone saying it was aneasy plat, but that sewer section on 'crushing' was tough going! My first plat too..
I got that Platinum with the remastered version and at least there I was very happy about the quick load times after deaths. Because there were a lot, but never annoying due to the relatively nice checkpoints and quick load times.
Love the Uncharted Series, Last of us and Naughty Dog. No platinums in them though, maybe in the future.
First Plat: Resident evil 7, I've loved the series since I was 8 and just scared in my room as a kid. So satisfying to finish a game in every way AND get some nice digital bling as well. Congrats by the way Dave! We're ALL so proud of you!

God of War is the one I am most proud of coz of those GODDAMN Valkryies

@@sneaky5141 I've never been much of a trophy hunter, but the AC Origins Plat was pretty easy, and the other two games were what I played straight afterwards so it felt right trying for the plats on them. Think I'm gonna take Rob's stance on plats tho - its a mark of respect of how much i love the game if I have the platinum for it!

So many memories associated with platinums...
I remember getting Assassins Creed II for Xmas in 2010 and grabbing that last feather for the platinum at midnight on New Year’s Eve as fireworks were exploding outside my window. Ahh memories.

First Platinum Trophy I earned was Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time in 2014. Up to this point, I never cared about earning trophies, but I saw that I was two trophies shy of the platinum, only needing the "My Blaster Runs Really, Really Hot" and to complete the game on hard mode.
Now I'm 18 Platinums deep and I'll probably get more as the years go on
@Jordan Smiley I was the same about trophies until I was 5 off the Platinum in COD Modern Warfare Remastered. Got that at the end of January this year and have since gotten 4 more.

My first platinum was Assassin's Creed II. I was looking through my trophies one time and I notice that Assassin's Creed II was like 90% done. I looked and I saw what I had to do. I only had to use the internet to find the feathers twice because I missed 1 somewhere. That was the 1st of 15 trophies, about to be 16.

Nice one! I remember pairing up the speedster trophy with unchanging armour and blitzing through it on beginner mode.
I had Horizon Zero Dawn and was excited that I had the same as Dave, then, like Rosie, I looked back and saw that I'd popped Day of the Tentacle by accident. The shame.

First and only (probably for the rest of my life) is Spider-Man PS4. I just started doing trophies and caring about them this year...so I had to get this one. The game makes it SO DAMN FUN to get the platinum that you don’t really have an excuse

Erik The Dread Some parts are like killing all olgeird’s shadows at once.. I did it on death march. Hardest difficulty is not that difficult. You just have to enjoy the game and explore every box, quest mob loot everything and gather herbs so you can pick up recipes and oils early in the game. For first time I would say try medium/hard then new game + go death march. Some achievements require saves aswell. Like blood and wine ending. Did not try plat at first but just loved them game I had to get it

I don't have the finger dexterity to play any uncharted game on crushing/brutal, and I need to plan my strategy to get through the shooty bits, which you can't do for a speedrun

My first Platinum was UnderTale on PS4, and I'm gonna be honest, it was a fun Platinum to go after, I enjoyed every single second of it
Hey Rob! My first was Assassin's Creed II as well. I loved that game to pieces. The last trophy I needed to collect (other than story stuff) was for gathering all of the feathers. I used a guide, like you, to gather them all -- but when I got the last one, I guess the game glitched out or something because it didn't register the trophy. So I needed to play through the game entirely again -- what a travesty, I know -- before it popped. It took a while but that game was great so it didn't feel like work.
My first platinum was Dragon Age: Origins. I love those games.
That was my first as well. Heck, I platinumed it without even trying, I just love playing the game.
I still play it even after the platinum.

Currently reattempting this one! I was just a couple trophies shy back in the day, 1 of which had glitched on me. So now I've got some unfinished business to go through whilst I impatiently wait for a new Dragon Age!

My son got his first platinum with "Hello Neighbor" at 4 years old. When I saw it pop up my jaw dropped. I didn't know he was that good at it. Mine was just one of the simple lego games.

mine was Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, don't know why i decided to go for it but it just kind of jump started my love for plat hunting

I fell in love with the Ratchet and Clank series (roughly when the second came out, idk what forced that but hey I did, I actually got Going commando for christmas then the day after christmas i had to go to best buy with my bros to exchange some things and i got the original which was so cheap at that point)
since then i played all of the games, though size matters i had to wait till it was ported to the ps2
anyway i knew Ratchet and Clank had to be the first game for me because i loved that series so much, (i later did the sly raccoon trilogy, and nearly the jak and daxter trilogy, though jak 2 and 3 i couldn't find all the precursor orbs)
but yeah ratchet and clank was #1 and every game in the series since i have done it as well

That's my quickest one.
Booted it up and by the same time next day I already had the platinum, just couldn't put it down.
I got a the platinum for that game and trying it again in the sequel.
My first was dead space on ps3. One of my favorite games.
My first platinum was DiRT 2. The platinum I'm most proud of is the most recent one I've got, which is Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled.
That is a hard one from what I know. The latter one. Team Sonic Racing might be another racing game you like.
@@AlmightyPolarBear I have Team Racing Sonic Racing as well and I'm only missing two trophies for that one. Unfortunately, I probably won't ever get them, because the ones I'm missing are to race as a 3 person team locally and to beat a friend's ghost in time trial. I only have 2 controllers and none of my friends own the game.
I just platinumed AC II yesterday. The feathers were what held me back as well.
My first platinum was on Need for Speed 2015. The excitement I had when that game released pushed me to eat the map of all items, races, side activities and one day it just popped. I was super proud.
Mine was Marvel's Spider-Man, and I remember, I got it by visiting Uncle Ben's grave. It was kind of cool, as I did not know that would trigger it.
My first platinum was Dark Souls 3 which nearly killed me internally
That was my hardest plat
The grind to get vertebra shackles and some other covenant stuff stop me from getting the platinum on that. :)
So, we went for some of the hardest games out to get platinum trophies for. SoulsBorne
I did online and getting enough proof of concords by going up the anor Londor steps and grinding the silver knights was a pain

My first platinum was Infamous Second Son. I just felt like finally getting one. But I'm not sure why I chose this game to platinum...
My third platinum was SAO : Lost Song (PS4). It was my first PS4 game but I only managed to Platinum it after around 4 years...
My fourth Platinum was AC: Origins which I had fun getting most of the trophies.
My second platinum was Ark Survival Evolved. But I don't count this one. I was getting the trophies so I could get the skins. Ended up accidentally deleting the save. Meaning I lost the skins. But I don't play the game that much anymore. And I relied a lot on cheats...
Mine was Demon's Souls on ps3, I was unsure whether to buy it, looked at gameplay, the systems, combat, the lore, as much as I could find about the game, and decided to buy it. Struggled quite a bit at times, finished the game and felt great, finished new game plus and considered the game done. Went back after a month or 2 and thought "you know what I could platinum this". It was all weapon upgrades and collecting rare weapons from characters and after new game plus I'd done 90% of the work, I never intended to platinum it either I just wanted to finish the game, what a game that is, very proud to call such a classic my first one!
First off. Congratulations Dave on your first platinum. My first platinum was Batman: Arkham Asylum way back in the early 2010's. Didn't get my second until God of War 2018.

Gravity Rush Remastered on the PS4, I loved the game so much that when I finished the Game I didn't want to stop playing but I wasn't ready to start all over again with less of the powers I liked using and because of that I 100% it, which included finding 40,000 Gems, and getting a gold medal at every challenge which normally I wouldn't bother with but I just loved it so much
and that was my first since then I now have a total of five which include
telltale Batman (but that one's easy)
Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy
Marvel's Spider-Man
and Lastly Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
I didn't want to edit my comment so I'm just gonna say that my totals up to seven with DBZ Kakarot and Persona 5 Royal added to the list
God of war 3 remasteted is my first platinum throphy i just finished medievil this is my 23th platinum ohh one more thing dave congratulations on your first platinum throphy

First platinum was Bloodborne. Also, I didn't realize I could have uploaded my save to the cloud to get the three endings in an easier way. Instead I played the game through 3 times XD Worth it.

My first platinum was CoD WAW. It was not easy. The veteran mode for the campaign was the hardest part. I never been so mad.

@@juliushegge4845 Brutality 101 is surprisingly easy once you know all the moves, hint: you can do a challenge which has two playable characters as each character has different takedowns/moves

@@TanklessGem I....did not know that. I went to one of the challenges where Batman fights infintie swarms of enemies and just went though all the moves. Really felt like Batman once I got it.
Just got my first platinum. Nexomon Exrinction. I usually beat the games and never go for a platinum, but after getting my first on with Nexomon, I am eager to get more.
Like Rob, my first platinum is hardly noteworthy. Telltale's Game of Thrones, you get the platinum just for completing the game. The first platinum I worked at achieving was For Honor, and that started me on actively trying to acquire them. Currently at #5, working on #6. Woo!

1. Astro's Playroom: Completed it on a livestream in 3 hours. IGN took them 6-7.
2. Bugsnax: Just looked at the trophy list and got it in under a week after buying it.
Sorry PlayStation Access, but not convinced on MW:Remastered, until I hear how she got Mile High Club. That trophy is insane without the checkpoint glitch.

My 1st platinum was quite recently Metro 2033 Redux. I saw all 3 Metro games on game pass so I decided to give it a try and fell in love. Currently going for the plat on Metro Last Light before I move onto Exodus
My true first plat was infamous second son. My first game on ps4, and my first game in HD. Oh, the first time I laid my eyes on the beautiful, hd city of Seattle, I'll never forget that game. Such great times. Then I changed my accounts, and on my new main, my first was skyrim. Then horizon, then got infamous again. Almost there on bloodborne now.
