I don't like talking to people at times, a simple nod of the head for acknowledgement and carry on, especially when you just going on about your day. Very few friends and a lot of people we work with. It's mentally draining trying to pretend. Nothing personal just need some space and clear boundaries. Most people get the message a few don't, which is how I develop my poker face of indifference, just let me be. We are way too interconnected socially and too much going on just to get by on a daily basis, the last thing we need is someone stalling us out of our daily routines just to talk about something that's totally irrelevant while your time schedule is slipping away. Time is way too valuable and limited so don't waste my time for too long

Did you gain weight when you first stating weight training? When did you start seeing your body change? And lastly what supplements do you take ?
I saw myself put on weight when I ate certain foods to intentionally gain weight. Everyone's body is different and changes at different rates, I can see my body change within two weeks of eating the wrong foods. Or after a couple weeks of exercise, I can notice change. Only supplements I take are protein powder.
