@@peterpulpitpounder A Swenson shear is as close to a factory shear as you can get but it's pricey. I've been using the Canibble nibbler with great success and it's a fraction of the price. These power shears beat the f out of the finish on perpendicular/ diagonal cuts no matter how skilled the installer is though. if it wouldn’t eat the paint off of the metal roofing panels i would buy one in a second. my customers nor me , want their new roof to rust !!!!
Used them on many roofs and not one has the paint come off. Using a skills saw will cause the rust not these
