Most subliminal I listen to I lose interest in because I realize they're not what I truly want, I don't think about becoming the things in the subliminals 24/7, but I've wanted to be a mermaid ever since I was little and I truly believe I'm a mermaid at heart. How did you get it In one day?
I started to listen on 12/18/17 and today is 12/27/17. At the start I felt some pain in my legs but it stopped.
Today I started a "trying to transform" thing, so I closed my eyes while sitting down in my bed with space around me (in case of my tail appear) and repeated in my mind "i want to transform right now", "I want to transform into a mermaid right now" and "I want my tail right now", stuff like that, without open my eyes, so I felt some sensations/pain in my legs (more in one than in the other) and stayed like this, so I felt a stronger pain starting in my left foot and growing, then it stopped growing and I stopped the "transform thing".
I'll do this twice a week while listening to the subliminal, the reason I do it while listening to the subliminal is because it's the only moment in the day that I can think about being a mermaid. I try to forget about the subliminals i'm doing (I just remember when i have to listen lol) because it's better to get results.
Edit: this is my second comment here, in the first one i wasn't believing in this subliminal but now I am.
Edit2: Some informations about me: I think i want a black tail and top/bra but i can't visualize it well, i can't imagine how it will be, however i'm not afraid because i know my subconscious knows what's best for me and my tail will be exactly what i desire even that I can't visualize it.

I use stereo earphones (they look like this images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/41DUfiOCdyL._SL500_AC_SS350_.jpg but these are not exactly the same as mine). I listen the subliminal in a comfortable volume, not too loud and not too low.
This comment is just to say that i'm kinda of sad because i won't have any mermaid friend and i also don't live near the ocean or another body of water. I'm a little afraid of the life underwater too cause there are so many "dangerous" animals in there. I would love be able to comunicate with all the animals, understand them and be understanded by them.

I just started using this subliminal today and I will update. Day 1: my legs felt weird and they were tingling. Also this really weird thing happened. It was like everything was vibrating? Hello! I have been doing the subliminal for 7 weeks now and i would like to share my results. I haven't missed a day yet so i will tell you what effects i get every new one i get. To start off i want to tell you my goal.
-Listen in the morning on no school days
-Listen any time possible during day
-Always listen while going and before i go to sleep
-Listen for 61 days
Tips i have for you:
-Keep organized, i have a chalk board in my room which i put down how many days i have left. Ex: 7/61
-BELIVE!
-Drink lots of water
-Don't listen if you have a head ache
Effects i have so far:
-drinking A LOT more water that usual (1-5 bottles a day)
-Crossing legs a lot more often (or legs wanting to be together)
-Wobbly legs (just started towards end of 7th day)
-If i close my eyes and think about shifting, my legs go together and my muscles tighten (which i believe is called phantom shifting (but not fully phantom shifting yet))
