On Crystal (what's in your box) main Reel 1 is slightly out of alignment. Slightly lower from the centre line. Will look at it tomorrow.
so what machines are Izzy and Ruby, theres a screw on the reel which allows adjustment just loosen and turn centre of reel back a bit then tighten up, job done.
